It's just another term for binging.

He just meant that it was a long meeting about nothing other than the ending. I couldn't understand why so many people got bent out of shape when he tweeted that. To me that was good news. A 4 hour meeting is quite an ordeal. And if it's about the EC, that means they're making progress.

I'm in the U.S. so I couldn't drink legally till 21, but I was homebrewing when I was 15. Funny stores never card you when you buy homebrewing supplies. I've long outgrown beer, except for the occasional micro brew. I do still homebrew wine though.

I wouldn't doubt it if I were you...my birthday is on the day before 2 of my finals, so I will most likely be locked up in my room "studying" aka procrastinating as much as I can...

EDIT: in case you are wondering, I am currently "studying" as well...

And I just don't drink. It's not because of the age, because since drinking age is 18 in Brazil, my parents were fine with me drinking since 18 if I wanted to (I just never did)

Legal drinking age in the UK and NZ is 18 so I was able to drink 3 years ago, but I rarely do.

I got "carded" so to speak trying to see a R15 movie last year....it was really annoying and embarassing. To say I have never been back to that specific cinema is accurate lol, the one I go to now are smarter and realise that I in no way look under 16 lol.

I've only ever been carded once since I became legal age, and that was last year in Vegas. Though I guess that's because the legal age is 21 in America. Also 21 is an absurdly high age requirement. I thought 19 in British Columbia was bad, lol.

I actually think 21 is a good age requirement in all honesty.
Less chance (though not NO chance) of underage drinking.

It's like smoking, it was raised to 18 in the UK not long ago...which will make it harder (though not impossible) for high school students to smoke.
