I might do a Kaidan romance char next. Then get Shep's heart broken in ME2 because he's an ass, romance Thane, and then move on to Kaidan in ME3 again.

Yup, I play this game solely for the shooter mechanics. Totally 

lol they only put the shooter stuff in so that you can vent after Kaidan/Ashley is an ass to you on Horizon.

Actually, the only reason why ME1 isn't my favorite is because of gameplay. It doesn't have showckwave

I don't like biotic charge. I like to kill husks with shockwave. They fly away and it's fun to watch it. Actually, I loved using shockwave on the collector's base. The collectors would fall off the platforms...

It was useful, especially because there wasn't enough ammo in that part of the game, so showckwave FTW.
