I guess it could have been worse... Citadel Kid could have been a CareBear or My Little Pony.

Oh. The horror. The horror.

[/Droopy voice]

Should have just pulled a scooby doo if they wanted to throw everything out the window the last 10 minutes
*walk up to starchild, tear his face/mask off* "old man Smithers!!!???"
"And I would have gotten away with it too if it wasnt for you meddling fans!"
The End lol

I can't either! Maybe we do need a new video game crisis so they can wake up. Is this stuff even legal?

Hahaha. It's been fun being 21 for 2 days. I've already been out twice! But sober both times. Haha. I just came back from eating dinner at a fancy bar in town.

...dinner in a fancy bar?  wow you're a cheap date

Well, I was with a girl friend. And we're in a college town; that is the closest you will get to fancy. No such thing as high class restaurants...

edit: and I'm not cheap <_<

What is this?! It's not like everyone has internet access. For example, if you're in college, your school limits your internet, so goodbye college students...that would mean at least 50 thousand potential customers  just from my school (even if you live in apartments, the ones around here limits your bandwith too)

Wow. Way to alienate potential customers, EA. Good job. <_<

I havea very high speed, always on connection. But Online games means I can't play my game if there is an issue with the log-on server.

It also usually means a mothly subscription fee. Now, if I don't play that game in a given day I feel like I am wasting my money. Some systems are also geared to get you to log in often for whatever reason, like the readiness raiting of ME3.

All in all. I never finished Baldur's Gate or Icewind Dale, so I at least have some Bioware games where I don't have to be an online save.

No worries haha, wasn't bashing, just poking fun.  I never got the 'college town' thing.. in Canada the only colleges/universities are in/near major cities.  We don't have the whole town of 15000 booms to 45000 during the college year.

Oh, you just described where I am lol

45000 students, which is half of the population, according to wikipedia. It's nice, because everything in town is for the students; we dominate the city B)

Actually, it is really weird to see children or families around, since the majority of people here are between the age of 18 and 25...

Guys look at this, just a rumor but looks like ME3 did not meet internal sales expectations. This is pretty much confirmed by them spending money to work on the ending. Companies don't spend money without any clear profit motive unless something is seriously not going to plan. The 2012 Q4 earnings call might mention something officially.

Wrong link?  That one's about SWTOR, not ME3

Mostly yes.  ME3 is mentioned, which is the important part.

Lol

If that's an idea they can get behind, then they can take it. But they had better not plaster anything like that beside their "clarifications" and "additional cutscenes" though.

before i go some membroble lines that if bioware do the the right thing will once again make ME a great trillogy to play:

me1:
Conrad Verner: What if you signed me on as another Spectre?
Shep:Conrad, I haven't been shot in the head nearly enough times to make that sound like a good idea.

tali:How can you fight your own people?
wrex:Anyone who fights us is either stupid or on Saren's payroll. Killing the latter is business. Killing the former is a favor to the universe.

me2:
garrus:Do you ever miss those talks we had on the elevators?
tale:No.
garrus:Come on. Remember how we'd always ask you about life on the flotilla? It was an opportunity to share!
tali:This conversation is over.
garrus:Tell me again about your immune system.
tali: I have a shotgun.
garrus:Mmmmaybe we'll talk later.

joker: Another dangerous alien aboard, Commander. Thanks. Why can't you collect coins or commemorative plates or something?

joker:Argh! You want me to go crawling through the ducts again
edi:I enjoy the sight of humans on their knees.
edi:That is a joke.
joker:Right

mordin:I have ruled out the possibility of an artificially intelligent virus, unless it's *very* intelligent... and toying with me.

me3:

wrex: Now we can get back to doing what krogan do best: saving everyone else from giant monsters.

garrus:Forgive the insubordination, but this old friend has an order for you. Go out there and give them hell. You were born to do this.

and my fav from them all:
i watched you stand strong against everything the galaxy threw at you
i dont have what you do that fire that makes someone willing to follow you into hell itself
you built a carear on performing the immpossible
you suceed against odds most people wouldnt even take on
theres nobody in this galaxy  i respect more than you

we all have our favs, i'm at the point were i miss what once was, what could have been.

we know bioware have the ability, bit do they have the will?

hold the line

Yeah, we have 3.5 universities here, and like 6 colleges.  It's cool though, gives a ton of courses.. I took meteorology from one, took computer science from another, and took flight training from a third.. that was technically attached to the computer science one. :P

That's what most countries have. Brazil is the same way.

Except the US. Everything here is different from the rest of the world...

Kai Leng was done well in the books from what I heard, but he was just forced on us in ME3 so I'm with Bassi here lol.

Has any one read these books? If so, did Kai Leng pull off wielding a sword in them without coming across as cheesy?

I was kinda bummed Cerberus went back to being one-dimensonal extremist bad guys in ME3. I know the Illusive Man manipulated Shepard during the second game by purposely adding crew members to the Normandy that she'd trust, but I still liked him better when he seemed more like the ultimate Renegade than an indoctrinated jerk.

Yes he wielded a sword in the books, and no I did not think it came off all that cheesy.  He was very well written in Retribution, in my opinion.

I agree. I think they completely screwed up Cerberus in ME3,

...well that was actually just here in the city I live in lol... in Canada...

That video is incredible... and does point out one good thing about ME3 that actually was good through even the ending: the music.

Some of the music in ME3 just was so emotionally stirring.. both good and bad... Even during the end it brought out tears, even air fist pumps of awesome.  Why did the ending have to suck whhyyyy :crying:

When it comes to the Cerberus thing, I always looked at the sudden shift from shadowy organization to paramilitary group as Reaper influence. In ME2, he was working towards actually stopping the Reapers, just like he said he was. Somewhere between ME2 and ME3 he became indoctrinated, and his methods were suitably altered.
