It's kind of like a therapy session in some ways. Haha.

Same here. IMO, it's alot better to get my thoughts on ME3(positive, negative, or random) out on the forums then bashing my friends with it. Plus, my doctor said he'd raise his hourly rate if I continued to talk about Mass Effect during my sessions:devil:

This is pretty much what we tell people coming in hot for either side of the debate. We're not out for blood over the ending, but we weren't exactly pleased with it either.

Can you confirm or deny that the DA3 endings will come in more colors than Red, Blue, and Green?  


Edit: Also, were the Darkspawn created by the Synthesis ending?

Hard to believe that we're fast approaching 2 months on here isn't it. It's gunna be weird when this is done. This last week for me has been a mad house and I have post much just lurked now and again, yet I think I'd go through withdrawal if I tried to drop it cold turkey.

Hey, you'll start studying, when you're already on campus a couple hours before your exam starts.... assuming they don't have BSN unblocked on the school's internet

Tim, I am at school. I live on campus, so that doesn't work...

And even if I go to the computer lab, I will still log on BSN...I always do...


edit: Dj, I also have to take my Econ final on Tuesday morning...and then move out...have I mentioned that I haven't even started packing? BSN is a baaaad distraction...

Mine is either Monday or Wednesday. He lets us choose between the times for his various classes. Don't know which I'm going to yet. 

And I know I've been trying to do all my studying from written notes and book so I'm not even tempted to hop on here.

Well, all the articles for this one class that I'm studying right now are online...thanks, Professor. I still remember when facebook was the main threat...yeah, right <_<


and I gave up on searching for my first post. Too many pages. Why can't we get a search ending that will give us the exact pages where a word was used (in this case, my name) rather than just the thread?

Still, nice to have you guys popping in from time to time to chat. Sometimes we do get rather roudy, but only when "underbridge dwellers" stir us up. For the most part, we try to police ourselves. You can thank Phoenix and our very own "Mr. Bond" for that.

I was one of the folks around last night when Allen posted yesterday and my heart about stopped when I refreshed and saw the Bioware logo on this thread. I figured all our discussion about TOR had finally earned us a warning and Mr. Bond would be so disappointed. 

Non-ME related note: Go see 'Cabin in the Woods!' It was not quite what I was expecting, but it was awesome.

ME related note: I hope positive things come out of the on/off campaign. Going to be signing off here in a little while, even though it'll be really hard not to visit BSN till Monday.

I've been playing DA2 a bit this weekend. It's actually a lot more tolerable now that it's been so long since I played it. And when you try to forget that it's a sequel to DAO, it's actually a decent game.

I think I was always a little biased though. The fact that they got Eve Myles to voice Merrill, and she did such an awesome job at it skews my opinion. She's got the sexiest damn voice.

Edit: I tell you guys what though, after thinking about it for a minute, I prefer DA2 to ME3. Because the story, such as it is, is complete. Yeah, there's the cliffhanger at the end, but really the highlight of the game for me was dealing with the Qunari anyway. And not just in the RPG sense of "dealing with" but interacting, Cultural level.  Nowhere else in gaming have I actually liked a character who was being such a jerk to me, Arishok.

Yeah.  I remember how fast the thread was moving back then; I think it jumped a LOT while I was writing up my first post, and then more while I was writing my 2nd...they weren't short posts, either, so now they're widely spaced apart lol.

Ahhh well.  It was fun going back and looking at some of the earlier pics and such.

Back then I was holding onto hope that the endings we got were basically Bioware trolling us, and that the real endings would be released after everyone around the world had had a chance to play the game.

Silly me.  If Bioware had actually done something like that, I would have been a hardcore fan for life.

Instead, I find myself waiting for player reviews of their games before even considering buying them.  Wasn't like that before.

People are going to play SP for like a day, then not for a day or something.. I so completely botched my attempt..
