Oh dear spirits I am tired
Somehow I ended up going with my friend to a stable, and horse grooming really sucks all of my energy. The thread seems relatively quiet, so I guess I'll just take a nap right here *zzzzzzzzzzzzz*
Oh, that's not me, that's drool from her horse :innocent:Phoenix NL wrote...

(seriously, I like that animal but it drooled on my canon objective)
Otherwise really nice horsey. I used my secret horse whisperer technique, and the horse responded to it
Horses are always fun. It's been years and years since I did horseback riding actively, and frankly I enjoy grooming them more than riding them. It is fun to feel the connection to the animal and gallop around, but somehow cleaning dirty hooves is just more fun.Tyion133 wrote...

Another fun thing is having a 12 year old Labrador that acts like its 6 months old...Atrocity wrote...

The stable had also the regular zoo-atmosphere, with terriers, cats, a st. bernard, various different horses, shetland ponies etc.
And nothing is more fun than a shetland pony, except maybe two shetland ponies and a really muddy paddock. Evil little trolls...
I miss those days. I used to compete in dressage but then life took over so what can you doAtrocity wrote...

I don't know about that Hezz, Alcohol always made me feel better
*shrug* Well it is a depressant, why it cheers some up and not others I have no clue lol.Alcohol is a depressant, which means it slows the function of the central nervous system. Alcohol actually blocks some of the messages trying to get to the brain. This alters a person's perceptions, emotions, movement, vision, and hearing.
In very small amounts, alcohol can help a person feel more relaxed or less anxious.

Afternoon new to the line? We have cookies and Maurader Shields merchandise...somewhere in this juggernaught of a thread. On the gladiator point with you 100% one of the best bittersweet endings in history. Closed the story well and left enough for people to make their own assumptions, but but if ME3 had had an ending like that we would not have been entertained

I never competed in dressage myself, since I've never felt any pull towards it. I guess cross-country would've been cool, though I was so young my mum wouldn't hear of it (she used to ride herself and knows the risks involved with just the regular riding alone) and I can't really blame her, since cross-country isn't precisely the safest form of riding
These days I enjoy just feeling the horse under me, whenever I can actually be bothered to climb on one at all. That's probably why I love ex-runners, they have the smoothest gait.
