Some of them got off the Earth though, and travelled to Palaven.
I'm pretty sure that turians evolved from birdlike creatures...still, it's a hilarious image.
Reminds me of an episode or two from Star Trek: Voyager... ;)

If you think about it, Dinosaurs are "birdlike" creatures, at least some of them were... :happy:Goodwood wrote...

Well I'm not entirely sure that human evolution completely succeeded. I've seen a fair number of knuckle-draggers in my time.....Atrocity wrote...

Has the scientific field actually reached some sort of consensus? I haven't kept an eye on the studies, mostly because whenever a new fossile is found, the timeline has to be changed as well as most hypothesis. Last time I heard, someone was saying birds did not evolve directly from dinosaurs, but from some half-bird half-dinosaur kind of thingy.

I was thinking, if relays blowing up has to be in the game because they just love that idea then they should make it mean something, I mean if you half ass your way through the game have the relays blowing up be one of the consequences of that, where if your an utter completionist like me (lol) then the relays should be fine/not get destroyed, makes the effort actually worth it
That would go against the artistic intergrity.

So that would mean the entire ME3 took place in a distant past, Omega Relay was probably a timeportal of sorts, leading to a parallel dimension which affects ME and ME2, and when Turian fleet was stranded on Earth, they evolved in the passing of time into dinosaurs, who in turn would save mammals from Reapers (they exist since we all know starbrat lied), becoming extinct themselves, but some of them escaped to Palaven...Phoenix NL wrote...

It does make sense. BioWare is not reluctant or unwilling to change the ending, they can't, because they would break the only logical evolutionary cycle there is!Tyion133 wrote...

....by the spirits, what have we done? Demanded a new ending? Forced them to make a DLC which can mean DOOM to the whole reality as we know it?
