Copyright Protection Agency. The best bet would seem to be any such company in USA, since they don't seem to care about the nationality of the person accused of the violation of copyright laws...

As long as the feds haven't informed our own copyright protection force "Teosto", I'm cool with it.  Seriously, I'd rather take the feds. They're more fair.
