Maybe (and I am sure I'm wrong) Joker planned on going back but after what happened to the relays he had no choice but to escape as it looked as if the aftermath of the relay incident was becoming a vacuum of sorts. according to the leaked endings.

Come on guys BW pulled the dead Sheppard stunt in ME2 - that's getting really, really old and tired. I just wondered why Joker didn't just slip into FTL and escape. Maybe even go straight up and over the dam Collector ship - any number of escape plans. And Joker claimed to be the very best pilot - hell any fighter pilot flying today knows better than to stay in the enemy gun position or you're one dead fighter pilot.

Buttons and Christmas tree lights? Cut scenes with pointless endings? They had to be high on crack to write this idiocy!

People who get the guides on day 1 will be able to confirm the endings (It only costs $16 from amazon and will probably be better than the wiki and forums). The guides will probably get delivered Monday knowing Amazon (The guides should be legit and I doubt there will be any bull**** in prima guides)

Makes me think they do not explode but are destroyed another way.

Scans of the guide already exist, and the files of the game have been data mined.

see, that makes no sense, neither does the anderson thing, if the relays explode like they do in Arrival, then the reapers win by default, as Galactic life is mostly dead, and will continue to die till all life is wiped out.

From what I've gathered, it's not the same kind of explosion...or it could very well be that they just didn't think it through

To me, it looks like the energy is dispersed and sent on before the relay is destroyed, which implies it relases a different kind of energy or the explosion just isn't as powerful because the bulk of the energy has already been sent ahead to the next relay.

His stuff looks very solid and his photos are definately NOT photoshopped. The cover of that guide is real. I wondered from time to time why the two huge aquarium in Sheppard's quarters. I also wondered why that particular fish was so expensive to the other fish. And I wondered why that particular fish was listed as a war asset.

I still can't believe we could be saved by a fish.

In all seriousness, I don't think it will give us a new special ending, I'm pretty sure it'll be an easter egg or something.

All signs point to yes, curelightwounds. These endings are the real deal. I'm still hoping against hope that the space copies have been neutered and that we're not getting the complete picture, but I know that's not true and it makes me sadface.

Such a shame. Most of the rest of this game looks amazing. I'm not too thrilled about how the ME2 squad members got shafted, but these endings are just unforgivable.

Really, I think the endings have a great majority of people upset, and that's not even taking into account what happens to the crew during the course of the actual game, with cameos and Zaeed-level dialogue.

There just seems to be a lot that went wrong that could have been handled/written/designed so much better, and that's not even talking about the endings.

Why should Shep be any different?

Because the game is supposed to be about the illusion of choice and is the final part of a trilogy. Bioware gave the impression they would let people end it in a way that would satisfy them and hyped it up to have these diverse endings. But the reality is, that you are all shoe horned into the same grimdark ending with a slight adjust to the flavour.

Wrong. Pics and vids came from the pirated copy, Xoisite (who won a legitimate copy if the contest's own rules/marketing are to be believed), and, I believe, other sources as well, all of which showing the same thing and confirming one aspect that was maybe absent in another.

Why the hell would they use a bait copy that plays perfectly fine excpet for crap endings that pirates may or may not even care about, but, when leaked, would clearly cause fans to panic/ get pissed? If that's the case, it's an awful decision to make.

Please allow me to reiterate

1.  Xio is in violation of his NDA.
3.  The vids come from a Russian Pirate copy

If you beleive in someone who is saying something they are legaly not supposed to, ok.
The pirate copy doesn't have a crack yet.
Also, the only people angry so far are the people who cheated and looked at the spoilers. (Yes me too)

I've read a lot of the leaks but there is more to this game, there has to be.  This time next week as people start beating the game, we're gonna look back on this thread and laugh at the hysteria...... I hope!
