Yeah. You have no idea how much money they are making out of the multiplayer. And as long as there are people playing it, they will keep trowing sh*t MP DLC's in our faces.

My advice to all of you is: STOP playing multiplayer! if they see that there is no interest in MP they might focus on making epic SP DLC's like LotSB.

On a related note apparently the MP is not working properly at the moment

Well Origin just patched ME3, so that's only to be expected. I finally found how to stop it from doing patching automatically though. Small victories.

Far as I know the MP DLCs are all done by EA Montreal... so it wouldn't matter if we stopped playing it, we'd just be putting Montreal out of a job, which isn't exactly what we want to do here <_<

Remember when mr.gamble said "hold into your copies forever"?
I guess he was talking about dozens of MP DLCs...

SP and MP are handled by different dev teams, so while stopping playing MP alltogether might have some effect, it's hardly as linear and straight forward as that.

Then let's talk about resourses. Don't you prefer they reroute the resources to the singleplayer team so they can make more SP content (with more dialogue) rather than making some new MP map?

We all already  know what happens when you spend resourses on side things like MP and kinnect - you get stock photo of Tali and poor ending.

That, and the EMS stupidity aside, MP is quite enjoyable imo. It's not bad, glitches and glitched vanguards aside, but enjoyable fun with ME characters. I actually get to ME universe feeling when playing and start making up stories for my characters etc. It's a good addition to the game.

Once again, I don't think it is as straightforward as that. There has probably been separate budgets for SP and MP, and given EA's business strategy in general, a strategy which we can't change, they would never reroute resources that way. I would stop MP at once if there was some certainty or at least probability it would enrich the SP campaign, but that's just not the case.

Because they're not even on the same projects.. it's unlikely Bioware Montreal even understands the design in Bioware Edmonton's Single Player side of things... by the time Bioware Montreal got up to speed the extended cut would already be out... their expertise in Edmonton is Single Player, Montreal is Multiplayer... unless we want buggy crap for SP DLC that ties into the plot even LESS than the ending I suggest we let them focus on their expertise lol. :P

Cutting female character models was the least of their shortcuts.

Stuff like this is far worse. And it still only begins to scratch the surface.

Ah the topic of cutting corners... Anyway I saw the avengers today, was that bit you said everyone laughted at a certain confrontation between Loki and the green man?

The topic of cutting corners is hip, fresh, and completely untouched upon . But seriously, it does come up pretty often as an obvious general answer as to why something was as it appeared (or didn't appear). So I use it.

As for the Avengers, I don't remember what exactly I said, but I could imagine it would be in reference to that, lol. Though there were a lot of funny moments. My favourite moment in the movie would be The Hulk's first few seconds of action in the final fight (can't really describe it without spoilers, but the part where he tells his secret.)

I know I said I don't buy MP DLC but if ME endings are fixed well then I would certainly consider buying some cos I love Mass Effect that said I don't want ME to become the new COD. Mass Effect is not COD I never wanted MP to be the whole reason I buy a Mass Effect game.

Sorry about the nerd rage just felt like a rage that and haven't had much sleep.

Yeah his secret was pretty cool, certainly the best acted  Dr Banner IMO, Though I could tell I am not much of a comic buff when I had to go and look up who was in the closing titles teaser...

And I think you said somthing about space magic yesterday and I agree, its fine when the whole univrese is based around it, but introducing it at the last minute in other media.... :crying:

You are right. We can't change anything now. The evil is done and that's that.

I still wonder what could have been if bioware were still on their own. With no EA to "ASSUME DIRECT CONTROL OF THE GAME DEVELOPMENT" ...  Image IPB

The ending was aparently art, because it resembls something that people generally consider art. How it fits into the story isn't what carries any weight, no. It's all about how many metaphors something can generate. Doesn't matter if they don't reflect on the story in any way. I suppose fans like you just don't get the artistic nature of it all.... Ugh.

It's just a bunch of hipsters and contrarions that write this ****. And now I've learned to pay them no mind, especially if they're working out of some small town publication.

Hey, as a qualified hipster I resent that statement! I'm in process of growing an ironic beard!
But in all seriousness, when Waiting for Godot makes more sense than your ending, you've done something wrong. No, that's badly phrased... When Waiting for Godot runs more logically and breaks the classic narrative structure less than the ending to your story, which was built on that said structure, you've ****** up.

You had to bring up Waiting for Godot; I had an easier time following War and Peace.....that sob is 1/4 french; is techinally 4 damn books in one.....:D  *chuckles*  well; *paints your ironic beard on you*  you are complete m'Lady.....;)
