.... *quickened fireball, maximized lightning bolt, and empowered Meteor Swarm*  try survivng that, even if you are from the future, you'd need a Raise Dead spell in order to bring you back to life, Medigel is just for those who fall uncouncious, it can't bring people back from the dead, not even Shepard. :? Just saying...

Just add some cybernetic implants and I'll be fine. Also, if we were actually fighting, I'd be using a sniper rifle from the other side of the zone. :D

If we were fighting, I'd be 50 miles from you and just cast, Locate person with the Metamagic feat that applies fire damage to every spell I cast (The damage is applied to the object that I've cast at)... Alos with Cybernetics... Lightning bolt... also the two fire based spells would completely melt you, unless you're like a Terminator underneath, in which case I call you a Reaper and sic Cmdr Shepard on you via a Summon~!

I'd say that I would call in an airstrike but apparently those don't exist in the future.

Well I could summon a Dragon or Angelic army for you if you'd like.... of course they'd serve me so we'd have to be on the same team... Gosh I love being an Epic Level Wizard in DnD... :innocent:

Morning people.
And the dead thread is only natural for many reasons. Firstly, it has been observed that whenever I leave a thread, the thread dies, Secondly, I'm a necromancer.

Sorry that's all I could think of atm. I'll do better next time. :P

Anywho here it is:

www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/the-escapist-presents/5650-Senior-Creative-Director-EA-BioWare-Keynote

Just trying to catch up on the pages I missed while sleeping and decided to watch this.  Myabe it's best I not comment on it as it would contain a hellava lot of swear words.

In respond to mature ppl playing video games wasn't there a report that in America that the average age of someone playing video games is 35.  That's a high average age so maybe the Game Industry itself has to grow up and realise that a lot of their customers are intelligent, mature adults not whiny entitled brats that some try to make us out.

Ok got my morning rant out of the way b4 I head off 2 work.

I don't know if anyone has shared this pic I made up, But it shows that there is indeed a way to get the happily ever after ending with your LI, granted it's a hidden LI

Was watching another great video of someone else's personal interpretation of the controversial ending. It's quite long but found it interesting.

Mmh, that escapist video is like watching really bad stand-up for 50 minutes.
When my jokes seem good in comparison, something is wrong indeed.

"Doesn't matter how bad the game is, just make it. After you've made it, get it out, doesn't matter how"

...no wonder people were not amused last night. This video is actually breaking through my fog of exhaustion caused by the lack of sleep.

*looks around*
Yup, only one here then.

Enough... with light... tell me one more time. My blood.... your line, is this you inside?
Death to the living, the flame has no living heart... In the order, of life, they know you there..
As you saw it, your plan, a real shot in the dark

Came a little, too late, it's over

Calling, the children.
Conception.
And dying.
Silent, but screaming!

Not the only one, but the live performance lived up to the hype.

I'll take that as a compliment, since you could have jumped at me for somewhat liking Homecoming. That's apparently a sin worthy of another SH game in itself :?

Archengeia's DAO review
Probably posted, but I'm watching it atm. He is really good at voicing his opinions and analysing what made DAO a good game.

edit. Incidentally, many of those things made ME1 and ME2 good games.

I have never played even one, watched playthroughs though. I just don't like survival horror + bad, bad ,BAD controls. And the bunny has scared the sane out of me more than once.
Which reminds me, I really should look into I Am Alive. At some point.

It's not incidental. But on the flip side, It's a lot of these same things are missing from ME3. (I haven't finished the review yet)

Coming from someone who has played many survival horror games: Homecoming's controls weren't that bad.
As for I Am Alive, I wouldnt recommend it.
