Agreed, if I worked in a shop and spoke to customers like this I would get fired.

Guy is a serious prat, and he basically babbles about nonsense for the entire 50 mins <_< (while trying - I repeat TRYING to be funny)

Well I have decided now, I will no longer complain when every evil scientist in any media is British... after seeing that guy I say we deserve it now

WITH SCIENCE!

But seriously, the vid is awful. Bad stand-up and thinly veiled insults for 50 minutes. I stopped after 18.

With great science comes great responsibility...

Anyone actualy watch it all the way through? maybe at the end they had an EC reveal and they knew no bioware fan or gamer for that matter would watch that far...

Good morning everyone~

Is the video really bad? I would watch it if I could, but it's too long and I have to move today, so sitting around for 50min is not an option :P

Morning Tami, it's pretty much as everyone has described so there's no need to watch.  Good luck with the move!

Well, it seems it is really bad, so I'll pass.
I have my share of stress right now, thanks to moving out alone (I have awesome friends in real life who suddenly go MIA when I need them...so convenient)

OK that guy actually made a good point...he was just saying that he has never been in a meeting where someone said "Right lets spend 20million on a terrible terrible game, release it and then say Hahahaha you bought it"

Then again I NEVER thought they did the ME3 ending intentionally anyway, but some people still believe it was intentional.

Or what about a meeting where people decided that they would give other people 20 million to make a game and intentionly let them make it bad without them realising, and when it was released say "hah you made it"? :D

You mean how Joker and the squad abandoned Shepard in the end? Yeah, that is exactly how I feel right now...I should really reevaluate my friends...just as Shepard should. :?

@Major Swift: so I'm assuming your friends are always like "help meee" and you always do, but when you need them for 20min to help you move stuff, they make plans and go MIA. Yeah, I love my friends. Can't wait to come back next year...<_<

Now I understand how Shepard must have felt when Joker left her/him on Earth :crying:

*hugs* I would have helped you move, then again I value my friends, and constantly wonder why I even have 2 to begin with.....I don't deserve friends.

Thanks, guys. I guess I should start getting a cart to take all these boxes to the storage place. :pinched:

And Hezz, if you do not have the habit of promising you are going to help your friend and on the night before you conveniently make other plans, then you do deserve your friends.

On a brightside: almost home, which means  me and my Xbox360 will have a reunion...last time I saw it was on the weekend after ME3 release. I miss it so much :crying:

I would say I was going to play ME3 for the 3rd time, but I don't think I'm ready yet. I'll wait for the extended cut dlc.

I am don't want to overstate the impact of the ending fiasco, but I wonder if other game devs have had at least a second read of their own endings just to be sure...

I wonder this also, it has had enough press that maybe just MAYBE other devs will pay a bit closer attention to what goes into their own games.

i played MP with my brother last night before it started messing up, he was telling me how he wasn't going to play MP until after beating SP, but he wanted to try a round or two and i had to have the "im sorry but you can't get the 'best' ending without playing MP first" talk, his reaction "What? why would they do that" then as were playing "why would they make you go through this **** to get the 'best' ending" was a shock for him when i told him as he doesn't really follow any of this stuff on the forums etc, also had to warn him to take his time with the game/to wait until summer now (he's just talking to the quarians in his game)

Then again I NEVER thought they did the ME3 ending intentionally anyway, but some people still believe it was intentional.

I don't think they intentionally did the ending to incite mass anger, but that's not really the point. They've made dozens up dozens of decisions in this game that came at the direct expense of the players. Whether or not this was for budget or time constraints is irrelevant. The problem is that they're trying to tell me that this is the best they can do. Whether they're lying and they actually believe it, or that is a new real top limit for the company is also irrelevant, because both have poor implications.

What's happening is we're not getting the full product, and the people responsible for that are talking down to me for expecting to much. It's a freaking gong show is what.
