I was in this situation quite a few years ago and I was asked to sign waivers so that any of my photos could be used for things like promotional material. It's one thing if you're Naomi Campbell, very different if you're one of the many thousands of others out there. Obviously you can refuse to sign because it is your image but it happens quite a bit.

Well last I looked I was born, raised and currently live in the US, I'm assuming that sorta makes me a Yankee, though don't tell my southern ancestors that or we might have a riot on our hands.  Only time I've ever been out of the States was a trip to Canada about 14 years ago.

It has been picked up by a more broad demographic of women... and a couple of guys I know, lol. It's because it's so bland and generalized that it tries to appeal to as many people as it can. It offers a generic and empty main character who's shoes can be stepped into by anyone, and has 2 supermen fight for their lives over her while she still whines and pouts about it. There are people that like to be fed such things (See the high number of people that somehow actually liked Transformers 2 - the male equivalent of Twilight)

A fair question. For example: I live in America but I was born in Italy. I speak no itailian though therefore I am a Yankee.

As bad of a movie Twlight is - its bad; its still better than ME3's ending.  One at least it stand somewhat close to the story in the book; though way some of it was done was bad.

Movies go - they do actually get better and follow the books a lot better as they go along also.  Yes I've seen them all.....read the books for research......

Movies make a great drinking game.....  specially here in England they serve beer in their movie theaters   or do as usual; by a super large drink and sneak in vodka.....it makes all moveis better
