I use Vista.

I'm a minor Trekkie (know the bigger ins and outs of the later series but not that dreck that was Enterprise) though that passion was superseded by Star Wars nerd-dom by way of KotOR.

god i am now showing my nerd side now

i'm a total trekkie lol

you too? lol, i have alot of the names of the episodes memorized for TOS and TNG/ can tell people them just from them describing a scene in whatever episode (watched them to death i think) :P

i have ALL the TNG, DS9, VOY all on VHS, i also have EVERY SINGLE MOVIE even the first 2 on BETAMAX.

i've met walter keoing, George Takei, john d'lancie (and his son), met shatner he was a d*ck, nimoy now THAT guy is REALLY intresting when not talking about star trek,

got walter to sign the wrath of khan script for me, john 'dlancie signed the TNG script "Q-Who" both scripts original and not copies.

i miss de'forest kelly and james doohan, met both of them and they were genuinly nice people to talk to.

patrick stewart is hilarious.

i also have a platinum and hold 25th anaversiry star trek watch, a solid gold star trek dollar coin, glod, silver and platinum com-badge, collecters toby mugs.

ok i better stop

any how john criton and erin sunne are coming to kick my backside and is that commander lockey and commander sheridin behind them and OH GOD NO NOT DELIN

Will admit Biggles is only a soft Trekkie... Got complete voyager, seen a patchwork of episodes of TnG and ToS but not them all. Enjoyed most of the films

unlike other hardcore trekkies i liked the mew ,pvoe, a reboot into an alternete timeline and the next movie is indeed the remake of the wrath of khan.

but i CANNOT forgive paramount on what they have done with TOS, they remastered it, used TONS of new CGI and sound / visual FX and have actually destroyed most of the origonal prints to do it

For me it was one of my math teachers, he also happens to be my uncle~! :D That was the hardest class I've ever had, cause he went out of his way to give me hard stuff... and I got like a 98.5% at the end of the class.

Hmmm, like the new film a lot, but I think I do like the more tense action packed star trek than the low budget attempts at allegory some of the TnG and Voyager episodes were.

I can see what you mean with the remastered, I thought the scenes with actors were good but the CGI enterprise and space scenes do age far too quickly, while model effects are more timeless

Microsoft is horrible at rolling out massive changes... Windows 95 was horrid, but ground breaking... Windows ME was groundbreaking step towards Windows XP... but horrible... Windows Vista brought about the Windows 7 amazing features.. but nuff said.
