But I'm not sure I do understand, since I truly do not know which authority would like to know about bull excrement. Possibly Ministry of Agriculture, but that leaves still the conundrum of to whom would the possibility of me telling about it cause trouble. Maybe a farmer? Only reason this would cause trouble to a farmer, is if the excrement will somehow reveal unpleasant things, such as animal abuse. 

So you are saying there are people in this thread trying to uncover animal abuse? A noble goal I must say.
