This is very bad reasoning. No amount of money can erase what's done, and the silence regarding the games. Just make an exercise. Remember how much they talked about eralier games, and how much was talked between them and the customers; between them and press; between them through marketing. But hey, if sales prove quality to you, don't let me stop your fun. Just ignore me. You got your "end justify the means" excuse. I'll try to deal with more important issues, like doing right for people.

Preach more in generalities....

If you have sufficient quantified evidence that Bioware was more proactive in the past please post it. Spreading conspiracies and false rumors helps no one. If I was to simply take your word I would be no better than a Christian believing in fairy tales....

Just because Retake has failed miserably does not give you the right to slander others.

You do know they aren't counting actual units sold, right?  They're counting what they sold to retailers, who in turn have to sell that product.

PS3 Mass Effect 3 is at 29.86 at Walmart.  Ditto with Xbox. It was like that within the tail end of the first month of ME3's release.  Does that sound like the game's succeeding?   No.  Only games that are doing poorly drop to that low a price that early. =)

The short answer: Alot.

I would say about a third of the threads posted over the last few months have included these talking points in one way or another. Every day desperate Retake members would constantly post random news out of context. Trying to find any bit of information that can be spun only to support the narrative they have carefully crafted. You were openly Rooting for ME3 to be a financial failure, and you know it.


But then what happened?

What always happens, dedicated forum members prove these slanderous remarks by Retake to be nothing more than myths by using factual evidence to support their claims.

Bioware members I ask you this: Have you ever seen a Retake thread use factual evidence of any kind? ever?

Exactly.



Looks like it's time for Retake to move onto the next conspiracy....

Retake movement, I have observed the activites of all groups involved in the post ending discussion as a party interested in changes to the ending. if the game was flying off the shelves like you seem to think ,why is it at discount prices?

you show me where you got that figure from so I can be proven wrong, and  see that people have gone to shops or online and collectively spent that ammount on the game

I was really impressed with the Mass Effect series, which was my first experience with Bioware.

To have ME3's ending, coupled with the fact they have done this before in another game, makes me lose all faith in the company, and not at all inclined to buy any other game from them.

I could see the Cleveland version of that. Summer side would be clouds with rain. Winter would be clouds with snow.
