Yea the only other person I know outside the forum who's finished it is my youngest brother and he was a bit meh about the ending but he doesn't get particularly attatched to games. He was quite happy to put it down and move onto the next game..... the freak! So I can't moan to him about it.

I bought the first two games for my brother last year, but he hasn't even finished the first one yet, lol. I often used to jokingly pester him about finshing it over the phone. But that has stopped since I played ME3.

We always talk about the games we're playing, so I was hoping that we would eventually be able to talk about what is my favourite game (ME1). But now all he hears are rants about Mass Effect from me are rants about ME3. Well it's kind of hard to describe what's wrong about the game without giving him spoilers of the first two, so it always turns into a rant about what's wrong with gaming today. And becuase he hates what EA's doing to his games as well, he doesn't seem to mind, lol.

All 3 endings were different, but everyone expected them to be different in the extreme short term, while in that ltimespan they were almost identical, in the hours and days that followed we would see the real differences, but instead we got lots of speculation...

yep that just about sums up my reasons for entering the realm of fanfiction, now im stuck there  lol i was going to try to make sense of what they gave us sometime just for fun but i don't think ill ever get to that/make it work lol

Oh dear... well I could put it down to a bad choice of words, I.e not that we should have infered our way through the plot holes, but if we wanted to know things we would have had no choice but to do so...maybe... lol

Doesn't sound like a poor choice of words, but a pretty direct explanation of what to expect, lol.... But that's exactly what I expected. I said that the bare minimum to fix things would be a 4th option to reject the catalyst, and this states that won't be happening (I don't care that it's not an official statement). But like I said when I outlined that originally, it was a faint hope anyways.

So nothing is being fixed. We're just being explained the ending, becuase we were too stupid to get it.

It doesn't disprove the magic happy fun time ending though. Which I'm more confident we're going to get, and you know I'm going to hate it.

I've used it so often since they started releasing that crap on twitter where they hinted at retconning all the consequences that come with destroy (lol, artistic integrity!), that I actually started slapping a trademark sign at the end of it.

But I also have to stick around for what I expect is an inevitable **** storn when the DLC is revealed to be a stupid piece of **** that didn't do the goddamn thing it's ******* supposed to. Should be fun. Unless people eat up the explanations and stupid "happy" ending, in which case I'll have lost more faith in the gamers themselves rather than Bioware.

I wonder what would happne if suddenly all biowares fans stopped posting on BSN or playing any of the titles they can track online... and its just silence in the bioware office...
