What would have been everyone's favorite game character from another IP to come in and save the day in a deus ex machina fashion?

Might as well give Gordan freeman my vote, the right man in the wrong place can make all the difference after all...

1) master chief(kills everything in sight and he is just awsome at killing aliens)
2) captain kirk( kills every thing in sight and gets the girl)
3)captain price( kills everything in a proper english accent)
4) marcus fenix(kills everything in sight in a fit of roid rage)

My favorite part about this discussion is that there is a good argument for having them, why introduce a Deus Ex Machina that no one knows about (I.e starkid) when you could have one that many gamers would already recognise...

Hmmm... If we get to bring multiple people then Ive got a few people to add to my list

1) Captain Titus (kills everything in sight and is just a badass in general)
2) Isaac Clarke (that guy has been through just as much, if not more, than Shepard)
3) War (Just because...)
4) Bayonetta (every good list needs 1 eye-candy character...)
