The prothean VI wasn't damaged I believe during the first meeting with it, and I figure it would detect indoctrination however faint since I figure it wouldn't matter the level of indoctrination you were at but of course that can never be known either way

And lol that's what I've been saying when prothean VI comes up, what happened to the whole "integrating with the catalyst" thing, and as far as I know its still on TIMs station

I always throught the prothean VI could only detect full indoctrination. How do you know if a mind is being targeted/in the process but has not yet been fully indoctrinated? I just thought it would tell you if you are or you are not fully indoctrinated; yes or no, no middle terms. 


And seriously, why leave the VI at TIMs station? Didn't they go there to recover it? What happened to it? Bioware, where did the VI go?!

I don't think it is from Retake as a whole, I think someone shot him something and it apparently wasn't pleasant, however, I can't say that 100% that it wasn't from multiple members.  I don't think the tone implied is something most of us would agree to, so I can't answer that at all...

OK Sorry the Gemini in me took over.  No I don't think that is from the group as a whole, I think it is from one or a few individuals who seem to think we need to up the stakes, when it's not even our turn.

Well i thought a lot about it and I think that the ONLY way to save the ending (and make it epic) is with IT. There are too many plotholes and inconsistencies in the ending for them to try to explain them. And trust me no one will allow the current ending to be deleted or replaced (like many of us want) with something else in an already released product. It just won't happen. And there aren't many possibilities for fixing it.

They are not unfixable (I am not saying the fixes would be pretty but they exist), Where did squad go? Ran back to ship, and in one line of diologue. Where did Normandy go? Ordered to Escape. How did andereson get ahead? He just did... Rinse repeat ect..

What happens post ending?

Yup. This is what it seems their idea of a fix is. That their ending was too ambiguous, and what people think are plotholes just need to be explained.......

Well that's the sense you get when they say they think they are fixing it, yet say they aren't actually changing anything.

But ... he wouldn't be very tasty, and I would miss him. Surely there's a way of escaping the ending that isn't as painful as the ending itself? Shooting myself in the face, for instance. Or falling into a drain.

Oh, well. I've always been in the minority in this so no point complaining much, but ... even though I've said that I'd accept it if the theory was how BW chose to resolve things, I think I'd still be very disappointed if they did.

71.5%? Wow.

Is that acutally a % of people the believe that's what Bioware intended? or is that a % of people that would be happy if the IT is something Bioware picked up and ran with? Maybe it's a bit of both.

Still seems absurdly high, lol. I've said this many times I don't believe for a second that's what they originally planned. Yet I wouldn't mind if they picked up the IT and followed it up after Shepard wakes up with some actual gameplay. Potentially based on our assets and choices up to that point. I competely realize that will not be happening, but no I don't think it's asking for too much when that should have been what we were getting all along.

It obviously isn't from the whole group. recieving "material" is not the same as having your mailbox flooded, like it would if we were to do it. It's obviously a small group or a single person, and frankly, we're only hearing what he's telling us. There may be more to this. I can clearly see this being someone sending him a message and what he's said being manipulated against what it originally was. Until we either see this message or discover the sender and their intentions, I wouldn't take anything for true or false. But I know for sure that this isn't the whole group.

One thing.... it's called a class based off of MS Office.... I can't really go and use some other thing when I'm in that class... just saying...
