I would think they have the plans down, and have at least scripted one. It's not like a failed EC is going to stop them from at least testing the waters either way.

But the idea of mid-game DLCs after all that happens just seems stupid. I know that's what they are planning to do, but I don't see any effective point in buying and playing something like that. It's just a random 2 hour diversion into something that will have no effect on the grand scheme of things. Especially if the base of the ending remains as it is.

I think there's enough people that enjoyed the game that would buy such a thing in the end, though there's no way they will get close to meeting their pre-release estimates. I hope it bombs hard so Bioware doesn't feel they can get away with all this garbage.

They might not have the scripts ready, especially because they did say they are not doing anything ME SP related until the EC is out...

Then they're idiots, we should eat them.

On a more serious note: if they have the VAs coming back for the EC, then it makes sense for the writers to have their scripts made ready for them to use in any planned future DLC; it means less studio time to pay for, less actor fees, and so on. It's got to be much, much easier to write scripts and record them than it is to craft entire levels and such that goes with the meat and potatoes of video game building.

Glad someone gets some amusement out of it 
For me it was just uncomfortable. And highly depressing. Nothing like being the only single in the room full of "so happy" couples. Well I guess there's being the only single in the room with "so happy" couples who only talk about their own things, and you can't take any part in the conversation because you have never met any of them before. <_<

It was. Part 1. Part 2 is this Thursday, and I have this feeling I won't be going then. Maybe if the host couple invites some of our common friends, I understand it's difficult seeing how there are only 20 of them, or if their friend couples actually promise to practice some social awareness, and acknowledge other people around them <_<

No wonder I hardly ever bother with social events, since they always turn out like this when I do.

Close enough happens whenever I'm out with a large group of people. Nature has created some creatures for solitary confinement, preferrably in a nice dark environment like Mariana Trench, and I am apparently one of those creatures <_<

And they're living the couple phase of their relationship. They moved in together last summer, and ever since they haven't bothered much with us old friends, only those who are couples and act like couples (seriously, why do people lose their identity when dating. does dating include green ending only option, where people merge with the significant other?) are good enough, apparently. I'd say something about it, but they frankly have no idea they are doing it, so I won't bother. They'd just get pissed off and it's not worth it.

I wouldn't consider getting that app even if they fix the ending. Looks and sounds like waste of money and memory.

Sadly some people do go a bit OTT on the loved up couple phase. However it is true that when you have been with your significant other for a long time you can't help but "merge" as you put it. But it doesn't mean you lose your identity, it just gets added to if that makes sense? I dunno, I've known my hubby for 14 years and while we work very well independently of each other, we work much better together. Sorry, trying to find a way to put it succinctly but not sure if I'm saying it right. Too tired this morning.
