Off-topic: I like Sniper Elite V2 so far. A bit outdated graphics perhaps, but it feels good. I love the way I have to make up the bullet parallel trajectory with my aim.

Well I broke down and pre-purchased GW2. I figure I can play the betas when they are available, and It'll keep me from over-playing it, which I tend to do if I've got a weekend to kill.

I'm not much of an mmo guy, but it sounds like they threw out the mmo handbook when they made GW2, and all the videos and articles I read make it sound like I'll really enjoy it. The biggest thing I hated about MMO's is the groups. I never played enough to join a clan or kinship, and whenever I wanted to do an instance, it would take me 2 hours to find enough people to do it. This makes it sound more like everything just happens on-the-fly, and if you are in the area, you can join in.

Plus it's finally nice outside now, so this'll give me time to get outside and get some other work done.

So I'm looking around google and spot this. It's a legal news blog, with articles about FTC, updates on current legislation, and the like.

And this article is about ME3, and the old FTC pettition. The writer explains a little why the FTC ignored it, which is kind of just common sense, but then tries to pinpoint why the FTC takes up similar cases and not this one.

Lots of old news in this article, but from a different perspective than gaming journalists, which is a good thing.

I am digging my way backwards. I am assuming people will claim their bounty on his head and point out some of the more obscure pages.

Not like Bioware is keeping us entertained.

i have killed him a few times, a biotic kick to the head and also a headshot after hitman draged him from a burning fire, to name a few.

edit: the headshot was just to make sure.

Ditto.  The next beta weekend looks like sometime in June but the more the merrier.  Up till then I'll be busy with Dragons Dogma and wohoo d/l today I believe the first Doctor Who game on the PS3, ok it's a platform game but I still get to use the Sonic Screwdriver.

Was reading the RPG discussion from a few pages ago. It's pretty sad how limited the number of good ones have been. Without having played The Witcher 2 fully, the only ones I can think of that have come out in the last 2 and a half years that I would call good, would have to be Skyrim and Fallout New Vegas. Though I could get why someone didn't enjoy either (especially New Vegas, with it's release day bugs and all.) That lack of specific direction makes it easy to lose interest, as everything is tied together very loosely at best.

Yet Skyrim has to stand as one of the all-time greatest RPGs regardless. It does way too much right to be taken otherwise. Also, it's really easy to appreciate the kind of effort that goes into a game like that.

It's personally probably the best Western RPG I've played, but it's not my favourite. I prefer that old Bioware way of making RPGs with the tight stories, great characters and meaningful choices. But it's too bad that Bioware has seemingly shifted away from making RPGs... or even really giving a crap. So there's that.
