It should totally be a thing. And you should watch the movie. It think it'd be worth your time.Atrocity wrote...
I'll pretend right beside you. It should be a thing.g_bassi13 wrote...
The whole movie was a kind of techno noir (is that a thing? I'm going to pretend it's a thing), but I thought the movie worked better when it spoke for itself. I haven't seen the version with narration in a while, but what I remember was that other than the fact that Harrison Ford sounded kind of bored during it, it was fine for the most part. Will probably have to watch it again.
And this reminds me, I have Blade Runner somewhere on my computer. Maybe I should finally get around watching it.

I'm just gonna throw this out there; Blade Runner single player rpg.... I'd play the **** out of that game. In the style of the old KOTOR games, going around and investigating kind of like L.A. Noire, then chases through the streets, and over the streets in the flying cars. Swapping out pistol components like crystals in KOTOR. Then finding out towards the end, in the same vein as turning out to be Revan all along, you're actually a replicant, so do you side with the replicants and gain their freedom, or do you do your job and put them down.
I would buy that game in a second. That sounds brilliant.
I would get it if they also threw in a limited edition replica of the cane from Citizen Kane.BigglesFlysAgain wrote...
You get the special edition blade from the film and game blade runner... only RRP £99.99,
*what do you mean there was no blade in blade runner?*

Best article ever written right here.
Gets two science fiction writers, Joe Abercrombie and Jonathan Green, to discuss the ending of ME3. They do kind of come on both sides. The important part is the second page, where they basically say that the ending is just plain bad writing, in terms of science and of fiction.
Basically they too believe that the Star Baby is nonsensical and lazy.
Go read this and rejoice.
Read it. Liked the article. Liked how the one guy touched up how they simply screwed up with The Illusive Man, and how all the impact was lost with him and Cerberus. That's what I've been saying.
I don't know if they completely got the point, but as writers I do understand where they're coming from for the most part.
