Let's hope so...

...It's a bit odd that our hope is in the fins of a damn fish. Funny though.

I can see this becoming a possible, kind of popular BSN meme.

thats what Bioware wants you to think . working based on the ending the kid is in the first part of the game and at the citadel as well the epilogue

Wait....... wait, WHAT?!

It makes sense . No one at the start even sees the kid but shepard . Then at the citadel he sees him again and in the epilogue the kid is there

I did find it awkward that no one helped the kind when he boarded that shuttle :?

can you not stay with your love intrest then?

IDK about the ME2 LI but.
Leave the VS with Hackett for war assets, no romance but they'll probably be on Earth, same for Garrus but I think he still notices the ME2 romance (or at least the leak had lines for it) and Tali. Only the crew members and Liara (from the LIs) are always stuck on the Normandy.

If the teleporting squadmates in the final battle is a bug then you can save Liara too by bringing her with you, then it's only the crew LIs that are stuck on Contrivance Colony. ...  Unless you kill them ofc.

Correct. It remains to be seen. It's not a CGI cutscene. It's an in-game thing. This tells me it's one of those things based on your decisions. Hell, the Normandy always crashing could be a bug. I admit I don't believe that even, but it's possible. We just don't know.

Either way, crew not on the Normandy appearing on the Normandy stinks of bug. I asked Xoi about this, and he said that "teleported" is the wrong word. So they just "POOF" onto the Normandy without explanation. The trigger bring that they are recruited.

So if they are alive, but not apart if your squad, they don't appear magically. If they are recruited, but not aboard the Normandy, they suddenly *poof* onto the ship. No explanation. No reason. Just magically there.

Yeah, totally sounds like a "writting flaw".

Not bloody going to bother with reading all 400+ pages, so here are my 2 cents...

Not going to bother reading your uninformed opinion, then. I wish more people would read first, THEN post. :(

Really? You expect people to read 400 pages of posts on forum to be able to post there? GBGriffin you sir have no life! I haven't gone through all 400 pages either but I read enough to know whats going on. I also read enough to see that you are the only person who has about 3 posts per freaking page. My god do you live on this thread and what is your motivation for the nonstop pessissism? It makes sense that picked a volus for your avatar since you seem completely self absorbed and seem to like dealing with shady black market information.

People like you need to remember 2 things.

1) assuming these were the only endings, and im not saying they are, this is biowares right to end THEIR story how they see fit. They are the author, and no matter how much you like their story and payed for it so far doesn't change that. If you dont like it dont buy it and spare us the crying for facks sake.

2) It is not as easy you think to create a game, on a limited budget and timeline, that has the variety of endings that take every single variable into account. They dont just wave a wand and make the game appear, there are technological, production, time, and money limitations that go into a project of this size. Bioware is a business, who regularly has their has their products stolen by pirates, and they have to make a large profit in order to continue making great games. Bottom line they have limited resources and time to get this done and they do their best.

Do you honestly believe they aren't doing their best to create quality entertainment? Just because you don't like how one their stories end doesn't mean they did it on purpose. Maybe they made a bad choice, but I assure you your in the minority and most people will like the ending of mass effect 3 when they have played the game IN ITS ENTIRETY. Now stop being a disgusting little troll and learn to live with other peoples opinions that differ from yours.

I'm not thinking its not to hard to rip off Deus ex: HR.  just saying

So, anybody though about leaving BSN for ever after completing ME3?
And I mean for ever, like never going on it again.

I'm still confused as to why people are flipping out about the crew teleporting, with no damn explanation, onto the Normandy. Seriously, am I the only one that realizes it's clearly a damn bug?

But even if they are still on Earth there is apparently no mention of them at all in the ending. It's possible to not recruit Garrus/Tali and have them potentially on Earth after the finale,  but it's not even recognised that they are there, even if they were Shepard LI. They might as well be on the Normandy.

I started to wonder if they even going to make ME4, if so, I will be better off playing Fallout 4, and other games where you actually get to choose your ending.

If it is truly a ruined game I will leave as I will no longer be a Bioware fan but I have hope they have some good DLC planned to make things better or there are endings that have been missed will know for sure on the 7th or 8th.

The sad thing is the rest of the game is probably awesome. Are you guys still planning on getting the game?

My N7 DDE is already installed with everything (can't weait to play it!) but the artbook and sountrack which are not available yet. Date check confirmed that it will be March 6th for us in Brazil as well. I would really hate if I had to wait until the 9th with 3 days of confirmation about the bad endings. (Bad as in very poorly written)

Like many others here, I don't care about how bad an ending can be, as long as it makes sense. I care about replayability and the characters I've been loving all these years. And if all endings lead to the same ****hole conclusion, I might have 1 or 2 playthroughs (NG+ for the "surprise ending" which according to Xoi, is no surprise) but I will never forgive all the lies said by the makers about choices and real different endings which would make me play ME3 many times. (If they are truly lies. I really don't want to believe they would lie that much. Poor FB will explode on March 6th if they did it indeed)

Well, to be fair, I think "design oversight" would be more appropriate. Again, I'd like to think it's a bug, but a future patch, or lack thereof, will confirm that.
