If mods can be allowed like in ME2 (which might be quite difficult with Origin), I'm sure everyone will make the jump. Even a reaper.

Independent advancement is going to be PRETTY hard without the ability to quickly travel to other star systems.

This entire bull**** (ME series lol) started BECAUSE of the mass relays, if we didnt found any of them we would all be fine and happy on our own. It was the fact that we got dependand on alien tech instead of finding our ways ( something that Liara's dad realised) that made us vulnerable to the reapers...

And this is why the relays NEED to go, otherwise we wont ever learn anything

How the heck are the relays a trap if the Reapers are all destroyed?

And you don't tear apart an entire civilization and doom billions over a point of empty, self-righteous, contrived ideology.  That's what the Reapers were doing!

Nr 1 we have proof AI and Syntetics can live in harmony..
Nr 2 we have proof we can kill reapers when prepared..

And the whole idea is just..

So a pre reaper society found this whole thing out and cerated the reapers as a safe guard against it..
That leaves two options:
One: They experienced it. Unlikely since they had time to create reapers as a response... or if they did then it canät be that serious since.. again they had time to create the reapers..
Two: It's all a theory by some long dead scientist from a long dead race that started a endless cycle of genocide..
Which is just.. horrible..

1) If they add another ending Pre-order people and Space Edition guys will be cheated and they will get upset. Not good business, not good for corporate reputation.

2) People already data mined the game. Any activation dependent secret content would have been revealed. A deactivated file would be still there, in one of the folders.

3) Alternative ending would not be compatible with mass relay destruction cinematics and the 3 choices of Guardian. Scenario change of this scale is unlikely...

4) New VO and CGI and in game variable modifiers would be required. Bioware did this on purpose they won't change their mind.

I agree with you on the points, but I don't understand why you think preorder people would be upset

Well it could be my mistake but if they have early access... If not nothing substantial changes in my arguments.

Shep's face is. Seen it many times before. The scene though probably is legit, since we know the Geth ending of the conflict.

I think the post-suicide face reveal is trolling. The cliff should be quite high and I doubt Shepard would go down there to check what's left.

The romance picture could be trolling too, but BW usually trolls us first there.

This! People should open their eyes. This ending is pervert, sick, unsatisfying, artificial, forced and presumes alot... A smartass ending but not a true ending except milking the cow, atract new fans for MMORPGs. We do not have to put up with this. Anyway I respect people who like the game. I am NOT one of them.

I just watched a few mins of Mass Effect 3 's livestreams . Let me say this Bioware has no dam idea on how to tell a story . whats with the forced Liara Sh** in the game . The new council is half way respectable and understanding . oh the new turian councilor is very helpful . Oh Bioware since Miranda can die in 3 . I will personally find a way to make dam sure Liara dies

Too much of the gaming press is made up of people more concerned with their early access and goodies and chummy relationship with the gaming industry, and people too impressed by flashy gameplay and big effects.

1. Earth destroyed and the Galaxy overtaken; the worst possible ending; 1,750 Galactic Readiness rating OR LOWER

2. Reapers destroyed, Earth and the Galaxy devastated (if Collector Base destroyed)

3. Become a Reaper, Earth and Galaxy devastated (if Collector Base kept).

4. Reapers destroyed, Earth and the Galaxy less devastated(if Collector Base destroyed)

5. The Earth and the Galaxy saved; become a Reaper (leader) the middle ending

6. Create synergy between organic and synthetic kind, saving Earth and the Galaxy

7. Reapers destroyed, the Earth and the Galaxy saved; the Perfect Ending; 4,000 Galactic Readiness rating and certain conditions met through Mass Effect 3 met OR 5,000 Galactic Readiness by playing both single player and multiplayer

There's a 8th, surprise ending you get for completing a New Game+ campaign.+ saving a fish from ME2 all the way through ME3./images/forum/emoticons/whistling.png

not sure about no.8 or where di he get that info..but hay better something than nothin ..no?

They kept her face hidden even in the final game! Personally I feel cheated. Because it would require additional graphics data on the disc and this way future MMORPG will have Quarian face secret to reveal. Clever Bioware!

The relays aren't death traps either.

The big problem behind the scenes with ME is NOT the Reaper's technology. Even if a species didn't use Reaper tech, why do you think they'd be "happy and fine and on their own"? The second they hit space flight they would still be harvested, just like everyone else. The entire purpose behind the Reapers' harvesting is to prevent a technological singularity. Following their path is safer than being "independent". 

And no, us being vulnerable to the Reapers is due to us being vulnerable to the Reapers. You'll find that many species are also vulnerable to fire, bullets, melee attacks, and gravity, among other things.

"How dare we use beneficial technology! We could make it ourselves (Even if it will take thousands of years)! Screw quality of life!"

Because bioware chose to use self determination and independence as basic themes of ME. The relays are the symbol of the reapers (they were made by them and are a key part of their plans) and crutches that need to go away.

Honestly i wouldnt care if they added 1 more ending for you guys but I completely understand the message bioware wanted to give, i just wished you all could too

As for the relays... symbols?  Who the hell cares?
