Oh no, I was just looking at fan art of jack in the future being happy. Then i realized that the reason Jack has gotten so much better is because of shepard's friendship/romance with her. Imagine how she will feel when ANOTHER person who really truly loved her dies. She is going to be torn apart.

The future sucks for all LI's.

Tali: Got her homeworld back after a lifetime of exile. Looked forward to building a house with the person she loves. Starves to death.
Garrus: Something finally went right. Found peace after seeing the worst the galaxy had to offer. Starves to death.
Liara: Wanted little blue children. Gets to spend the next millenium stranded on an empty world, watching the Normandy crew inbreed as the people she loves die, one generation after another.
Ashley/Kaidan: Patched up something they thought they had lost, only for it to be torn away. Either make babies or die.
ME3 gay romance (can't remember names): Act against their preference to procreate, or hang around until they die.

Hope these people have some ammunition and a functioning pistol left over between them - they're gonna need it.

I haven't seen it myself, but people are saying that your two squad mates can remain on Earth at the end.

I haven't seen it myself, but people are saying that your two squad mates remain on Earth at the end.

We have no confirmation of that, but God I hope so. Up to this point it's been said that they magically teleport back to the Normandy in order to get stranded with everyone else. It's such a huge plot hole people are insisting it's a bug.

Considering the ship (in the Destroy ending, at least) looks relatively intact, it's probably a safe bet that the crew still has access to all of Shepard's armor (more if he imported from the previous game) and weapons, and maybe even a shuttle or two as well.

Was just over on the Ashley forum, where I gladly lurked for a long time. Everyone there is like "I cant wait for an ending with me and her together!!!". If you think the anger here is bad - we are the people already INNOCULATED to the ending. Can you imagine what it will be like for the people who have no idea what's coming and are expecting something less grimdark? WE are going to be the ones calming THEM down.

They "claim" alot of things.

No kidding.  See also, MP, Origin, etc. 

Legion....good rule of thumb with BW is if they deny a claim they are actually confirming it, most of the time anyway


That said the video wasn't lying when it said bad....I hope I don't waste 30+ hours + all my ME2 time just to get a nearly as crap ending as that...

Sorry, everything I've seen confirms the known endings. The lack of dialog options even with "full dissisions" on is disturbing.

I honestly don't mind the idea that my squadmates die on Earth, if I get the "bad" Destroy ending.  What I do mind is inexplicable teleportation getting them from Earth to the Normandy in order to force drama into the crash scene.
