Eh, well, the endings are perfect for my tragic canon Shepard, but I am absolutely pissed that my other Shepard can't ride off into the Reaper-free sunset and live out her days giving Liara a bunch of blue babies.

For those wondering about Geth vs. Quarians, you can achieve peace. Here's how:

You will need to get 5 to 7 points. 4 and down means no peace.

-Destroyed Heretics (+2 points)
-Rewrote Heretics (0 points)
-Tali is NOT exiled (+2 points)
-Tali is exiled/Did not do LM (0 points)
-Legion/Tali conflict resolved with Paragon/Renegade path (+1 point)
-N7 Mission: Save the Admiral in ME3 (+1)
-N7 Mission: Destroy Geth Squadron (+1 Point)
-Complete Legion's Mission in ME3 (or no peace)

The peace talk also requires you to have a high reputation. Although it is easier to achieve peace by destroying the heretics, you will gain more war assets if you achieve peace by rewriting the heretics (there'll be less quarians, though). If you rewrote the geth, you will face more geth. If you destroyed the geth, then you will face less geth.

Oh come ON.  Look, I'm as pissed off about the endings as the next person in this thread, but the BioWare people aren't a monolith.  Their feelings probably vary, but they're not allowed to say squat about it right now.  They've likely long since signed legal documents forbidding them from speaking out until an embargo period is over, or who knows what.  For all we know, some of them agree with us.  How would you like to read the forums and have some dude supposing you're partying down, and not be able to say anything?

Crap like that is a great way to get devs to stop reading the forums at all, even as lurkers.  And lurking is really all they can do at this point, whatever their opinions.

Hmm...I see. This whole game just reeks of utter depressiveness. Sigh.....at least I can post-pone Tali getting screwed over...kinda ticked off about Rewrite getting zero points but....w/e I can live with it.

Make sure you have a high reputation. If you rewrote the geth, you'll get more war assets if you achieve peace.

Or maybe he don't want a crap load of Quarians to die in the process? I mean...their gonna be screwed enough as it is thanks to this crap tastic ending...

Exactly.  We don't matter to EA. 

The game was made for people into "awesome cool gameplay" and doing "combat rolls".

If you don't do the N7 missions, then you'll have to side with the Quarians if you want her to live.

If you do the two N7 mission on Rannoch in ME3, you'll get the 5 points needed. Do Legion's Mission in ME3 aswell. Make sure you have a high reputation.
