Depending on the ending you see EDI dragging his sorry carcass out of the Normandy. My question is: No one has brought up Liara's fate.

You ever play Dragon Age: Awakening? You know the broodmother? Well I hate to break it to you...

She's hidden in Dragon Age 2 someplace?  That *is* a fate worse then death.

True, but apparently its not much better in ME3. Apparently even if you bring her to the final battle she somehow ends up on the Normandy which either crashes on some unknown planet (which I personally believe its just some island on Eden Prime) allegedly to either starve to death or form a colony or the Normandy blows up.

Isn't it Garrus and Tali who supposedly starve to death instead of Liara? Besides, I have trouble accepting this. I don't see why there wouldn't be food suitable for them on the planet. And if you bring her on the final mission and she ends up on the Normandy at the end. As far as I'm concerned, that never happened. People don't just magically teleport like that.

Look...I'll probably get shot for saying this...but I gotta say it....this is WAY worse than DA2 ever was as far as I'm concerned. This coming from someone who hated it so much I went on a 2 hour tangent and spammed BSN with like 15 TL;DR posts venting pure hatred at the devs before droping off the face of the earth into a cave of depression. I think THIS...is worse than THAT....I am now emotionally dead inside...I feel nothing....I can't even get angry now...it's so horrible... this is the worst story telling I've ever personally seen in my life.

In a little more than a day, this new forum will open, and this thread will die a quiet death, without a single comment from Bioware. There aren't many 500+ page threads that get completely ignored.

they are all too drunk and high to care.

Oh come ON.  Look, I'm as pissed off about the endings as the next person in this thread, but the BioWare people aren't a monolith.  Their feelings probably vary, but they're not allowed to say squat about it right now.  They've likely long since signed legal documents forbidding them from speaking out until an embargo period is over, or who knows what.  For all we know, some of them agree with us.  How would you like to read the forums and have some dude supposing you're partying down, and not be able to say anything?

Crap like that is a great way to get devs to stop reading the forums at all, even as lurkers.  And lurking is really all they can do at this point, whatever their opinions.

I agree. And I also don't like these endings. These were most likely dreamed up by a small group with no fan feedback. Something like that, but no foul play.

Yeah, Liaramance is the most hopeless. Teleportation ensures her colony breeder fate.

And green light can't suddenly implant people with cybernetics. I think we've all resigned ourselves to one answer: Space Magic.

You'll be seeing a certain character a lot. You'll need to Charm or Intimadate him every time. In the last meeting, there's an interrupt that can save Anderson.

Why?  Because obvious bug that is obvious puts her on the Normandy because of an obviously obvious bug?

I think that my first play through is gonna be all paragon so my shep can live but I really don't want to destroy the reapers and never see my favorite women in the galaxy ever again

DUDE listen to my posts I have told you 5 times that you can save her and that she ends up on earth.

Can you detail how to save her in a thread or something

Well depends if your woman is Ashley she ends up on Giligan's Planet. If its Miranda, just don't let her get shanked by a space ninja. If it's Jack, don't let them turn her into a Phantom. Those two are allegedly on Earth.

I dont want to sound like a noir ene though I've been playing since me 1 but how do you stop Kai leng he seems super bad ass

He's a ninja, with a sword. (I really don't know but I hope it'd play out like this.)

If you played Multiplayer and fought Cerberus Phantoms, you'll understand just how dangerous that "ninja" is.

What I am curious about, is with such a final bleak ending, and the dev's saying they will not be doing any DLC involving post end game..........what possible DLC would make me want to invest cash in a new character or a new 1 hour mini adventure, knowing how it all ends?

I really don't much like DLC that doesn't continue a story as it is. I prefer DLC and expansion packs to move forward. I didn't mind Kasumi and a few other DLC's, but this is very different. The ending is so final, so bleak, I am not sure I'd care to load up a game 5 months from now and play a new 1 hour adventure, when the ending is well..........the depressing end.

Firepower packs, new clothing, new armor peices and weapon upgrades, why would I load up a new game or an old save, knowing that it isn't just the end, but a bleak ending where futile is the best word to sum up all your efforts.

Whats the plan, mplay map packs and mplay guns and race-class kits?

The funny thing is I think bioware was trying to make a happy ending buy sending the normady away. My reasoning is that if you screw up and kill earth your crew is still alive, and there are still humans out there, and they may not be inbread depending if more ships got launched with them as it is rumored or if they landed on a coloney world.

Ehh.... the problem with that is, while asari physiology actually would mean that colony would be viable, it would eventually be an asari colony, not a human one.

TECCCCHHHINCALLLLY... A "Happy Endings" DLC isn't "post-game". It's an ending, so would it not be considered as an "in-game" DLC?

Or import your save file, get 4000+ points but you make the right decisions. You can still get the "good" ending that way.

That's the Ultimate problem here though, isn't it? There really is no "Good" ending. They're all ****, it's just a matter of how bad said feces smells. A Good ending, in the same vein as the Good endings for ME1 and ME2 would feature all the Heroes Surviving and remaining behind in Citadel or Alliance Space to help put the pieces back together. Unless that miracle NG+ ending pans out (doubtful) that doesn't happen. So, really, there is no "Good" ending.

Well, if you choose the control or destroy options, that never happens either. Personally, I'm going to pick the destroy option. So what can happen if you chose a different option is irrelevent, because that's not what you chose.

They'll probably give us more missions that'll increase war assets and help us get the best ending...oh wait.
