Oh god his poor brain and poor bioware. Their games appeal to people in the early stages of drug addiction recovery.

Anyone considering being done with BW after this?
Yup, I'm done with their RPGs. Though if they make Mass Effect: Battlefront, I'll pick it up.
RPGs?What RPGs?
Well there's rumours of a new Baldur's Gate, but I don't want to think of how that'll turn out.

You know, the people that fought not for honor or duty or fame, but for the hot girl or dude you wanted your character to hook up and and ride off into the sunset (nebula) together with.

Seriously, no one is sitting on a pile of gold and cackling about torpedoing a fanbase. Possibly there is some surprise and defensive butthurt about the level of outrage, because there were hopes that people would somehow find the dumb endings edgy.

I dunno, I once posed the question: Is hentai art, or masterubation, or both?
I would say both....

Mac Walters, for one. In the midst of the forum explosion when the leaks started last week, he went to his twitter to start asking people "Is ME art for you, entertainment, or both? Tell me why!"
The dude is so full of himself that he's totally oblivious.

The only person I know who actually fell for the new bioware Dragon Age 2 thing was a friend of mine. However when he played dragon age 2 he was also just starting to get sober from heroine and was in that phase where you think everything is awesome. He even said "I like it because when I press a button something happens".

Heh interesting observation. I was able to enjoy DA2 without recovering from a heroin addiction. I actually purchased it on the advise of a friend of mine. She has been a fan of Bioware since KOTOR, we never understood all the hate it recieved. Perhaps expectations are at fault for your lack of enjoyment of current Bioware products?
Yes i am stoked for ME3, if you are wondering.

Yes, expectations of a new game being enough like the previous entry in the series - since the last entry was 100% pure awesome - were indeed why so many people hated DA2.
That tends to happen when you discard 99% of what made the last game great in favor of, in one of BW's co-president's own words, "seeking to bring in a new audience."
In other words, the brainless casual/CoD crowd, as directed by EA.

ME TOO ME TOO! Mr Hudson at what point did you all think that this was going to be a good idea? OR did you even think? DId you loose your Minds?
You know that given none of these threads have been locked down yet, makes me think BW is planing for the fan backlash. and with all their policy changes and stuff, oh yeah they know that there is a strom coming.
I'm gonna be done with BW after this for sure! My heat will be broken,
Because my dreams were shattered, for so very long nothing else mattered (than the endings for ME in ME3) I'm hearing Crys in the Night, I lose the Dream and I go Crazy, No no Tell Me no Lies, I'm standing cold in the light, I'm hearing Crys in the Night!!!
NO alternite endings DLC can fix this for me, because the whole game is ruined, it's not MY SHEPARD, it's become some other dude with all the autodialogue and stuff, it's not the same game as ME1 and ME2 it's an abomination.
I miss the days of being upset over the leaked character scripts. At least back than things looked fixalbe with DLC and there was some hope.
Now there is now hope for this series, I won't buy another BW thing.
ME3 is not even a half @ssed attempt at a decent ending for the series, and thats stupid.
I had been hoping for a ME MMO after ME3, but now that this is how things end, I'll just be done with it all.
I want a statement from Mr Hudson that says they plan to fix fans problems with ME3 with ME3 2.0 like ME deception 2.0 just so I can laugh at it.
