If this isn't addressed soon, you have people not only flaming in rage, but bioware sale numbers will fall along with any new pre-orders. Sure they will keep the doom and gloomers, however, all the ME fans will think twice before pre-ordering, buying games, and DLC. They'll think to themselve " Why should I buy anything from bioware after DA2 and ME3?" I hate saying it, but its true. :(

They'll get their answer when they release their first DLC if it isn't a new ending.

Either people will eat it up inspite of everything that has happened, justifying apathy on their part.

Or sales will hit an all time low and they'll realize that **** just go real.

After ALL the decisions made throughout the 3 games... all that stuff about how Wrev will act with the genophage cured, with the Geth destroyed to save the Quarians....
NONE of that is addressed in the final ending?

Don't like.

Mass Effect 3 ending

Shepard gets to the part with anderson then bioware comes up (illusive man) and bioware is indoctrinated by EA and then Shepard kills Bioware and anderson die's thinking that we will get a good ending then we meet EA (The Catalyst) and Shepard ( We ) are given 2 options pay for over-priced alt ending dlc or live with a destroyed series.

This is a complete side note, and relative to the endings themselves minor, but was anyone else bummed out Harbinger didnt play a role in the very end? In the codex entry they make it pretty clear he is the alpha reaper. He gets mentioned by the destroyer that is dying after you defeat it on Rannoch and at the very end it is mentioned he broke off from the battle to intercept you on earth.... where the hell was he? Why didnt we get to talk one last time with the voice of the reapers?

Here is a Ending link that I came across however, I don't know if it helps the current situation.

Best ending you have to have 5000 WA

The story of Mass Effect 3 is a great example of style over substance. The plot is is quite cringeworthy at times. The whole Kai Leng and TIM knowing Shepard's next moves thing is just flat out annoying.

The presentation (good directing, phenomenal soundtrack and voice acting) made the story sound better than it is.

Don't get me started on this. How, exactly, did they get all the information and tech from a base I BLEW UP?  That aside, how did they get a ship through the Omega relay when I had so much trouble with the IFF? There was another dormant Reaper lying around? REALLY? And how did TIM get inside the Citadel when Shep barely made and the whole strike team died?

Anyhing with the ending!

I loved this.

On another note;

I wonder how the endings would of turned out without EA breathing down Bioware's necks.

Best ending is the one where Shepard breaths at the end.

Still not very good.

It also looks like they changed the entire Mass Effect story with ME3

I only played the wticher after the super-patch where they fixed mega-gameplay and loading time issues.  The wticher 2 is getting a mega-patch with several hours of gameplay due to the fact that the ending was too rushed.  my point is that it is not too difficult of a thing to do if an extremely small comapny can do something similar.

Well lets hope Bioware does something similar. Gameplay and techical fixes are pretty common, but fixing plot is much less common in videgames i'm afraid....
Overall endings look like they added them last minute with no time to tie them properly to the rest of the game :(

Sadly, I'm already there. I've always been a huge Bioware fan, back to Baldurs Gate in 98, but this is just too much. After DA2 and ME3, how am I supposed to trust them again ? I hope this gets fixed in some way, but I know that probably not going to happen, and if it doesn't well... sorry Bioware but I think I'm done with you now.

Because Deus Ex was the cheapest and fastest to implement.

"Mass Effect 3's handful of missteps are forgotten in the face of an experience that's exciting, emotional and deeply rewarding. It's difficult to imagine fans of the series not loving this epic conclusion to gamedom's best sci-fi story."

This was one of the reviews the game got! lol how wrong were they lol

If Fallout 3 (along with other games) can get a new ending then I don't see why Mass Effect 3 can't.

Well then, we are back to where we started.:pinched: A major let down from Bioware. :crying:
If they would only fix this probem like NG+ on ME2. The world would be a happy place again and I wouldn't feel like shelfing my ME games.

If it was IGN it doesn't count, because its non objective since they have Jessica playing Space Snooki. :pinched:

We con't know for sure, unfortunately, but the poor writing that was the ending, and I emphasize "ending as singular. I don't consider different colors different endings. Really, I put that on BW.

If, and it is a big if, some people are correct that this ending was not real, and it was a plan all along, then that is EA. At least, that is how I see it.

The only reason I will go in there is if I get war assets from doing interviews. Though, I won't touch anything in there for fear of a STD from Space snookie.

Edit: before anyone hates I was just joking. Its my coping skills at work :innocent:
