Hahaha just reread the Kotaku comment section and loled at the people complaining about us wanting another ending when they haven't even played the goddamn thing. Probs to everyone who actually explained themselves over there and put owen into place at the same time!.
You can't help but laugh. The worst part is they troll us not knowing what their talking about.

Nothing at all. Some people just like it when characters suffer I guess, so they don't want us to get a good ending. I don't know, they seem to just be fighting us because they can.

You people cry about everything. Gay people, Tali's Face, Vega looking like a Jersey shore reject, Day 1 DLC, the freaking ending. And all this isnt even the tip of the iceberg. You act like children and spam Amazon and Metacritc with zeros while writing temper tantrums because you didnt like the the last 5 minutes. Your all impossible to please. I actually loved how it ended. It was balsy and bad ass and totally what my mosly renagade shepard would of done. He died doin it and it was beautiful.DifferentD17 wrote...

No they want everyone to be sad, and not to know what happened to the favorite characters/species. They don't care they got what they wanted.

And a child-god running things? Going to be sick. I wanted my Shepard to walk out alive, Reapers dead and still have the Mass Relays and technology. Is that too much to as for? Instead I get the end credits of an old man and a little kid who appear to be living in the STONE AGE.

I have to agree with the vast majority of people here - the ME3 ending was quite possibly one of the absolute WEAKEST endings in a video game I have ever encountered.
I can't describe the let-down. Just... blah.
ME3 without a doubt is the WEAKEST out of the trilogy, for MANY reasons, not the least of which is the 'ending' fiasco. Everything about the game screams "short", "rushed", so many things from ME1 and 2 that were dropped, neither of the previous games felt as linear as ME3 did. So on and so forth...
Overall... ME3 was the least 'fun' of the trilogy.
Sadly, I doubt we'll see any alternate endings - at least ones that involve voice-acting from the stellar staff they had doing all the voices.
But like many others - I would certainly pay for DLC with a 'good' ending. I don't expect roses and daisies, but the endings provided certainly threw an enormous wet-blanket over the feeling of the entire trilogy. That - mixed with DA2's mediocrity, really has given me doubts as to where Bioware is headed when it comes to RPGs in general.
"We know not everyone will like the ending".... WHAT were the writers thinking, then, when they tossed around ideas for the endings? "Forget about a 'happy' ending, or an even semi-happy ending. I would love to have been there with them when they came up with what they did. "Shepard MUST die". Why? That doesn't make sense.
Oh well. In the end - it's just a game. A DECENT game - but it could have been so much better.

You're entitled to your own opinion, and I don't want to rain on that. But I'm pretty sure no matter whether your character was the most saintly of paragons or the most ruthless of renegades, following his own path would still lead to the choice so many of us made:
Spin around and plug as many bullets into that bratty little SOB's face as you possibly can, screaming defiance the whole time.

Very good point. Saying that someone feels entitled usually means they feel they merit a certain status, privilege, or lifestyle, without having taken any action or made any effort to achieve it, just by having been born. How could this possibly apply to the objections of consumers who have purchased a product they found to be defective?
It's really just a convenient and insulting way to dismiss an opinion by dismissing the person who expresses it.

It's not spam on Amazon and Metacritic if it's true. I'm sorry I didn't know we all were renegade shepard I thought we had choice. I see you didn't reply about their promises. You're saying: I got what I want don't really care what happens to everyone else. Why are you even on the forums of course there's alot of complaining where else woud people complain? You don't mention that there is alot of praising too. How bout you list all the praising and then the complaining and see which one is the majority. I'd say it's about 50/50.
