"Hardest. Day. Ever. Seriously, if you people knew all the stuff we are planning...you'd, we'll - hold onto your copy of me3 forever. " - As above.

Either this guy is a huge troll, or they planned to DLC proper endings from the beginning (or these posts had nothing to do with any of this). In any case, I am disappoint.

Gamble later tweeted about his second statement, that he "never mentioned DLC or anything LI related." :/ But yea, whatever Bioware has in store, for they must have something, they better get it out soon.. Or atleast reveal it.

Yeah he retracted it, but I have the feeling he was playing dumb after that for speaking too early. What else would they really be planning that would calm us down?

Multiplayer Map Packs for everyone! :wizard:

Ha! Hopefully they wont add multiplayer DLC before adding some more content to the singleplayer. Or hopefully doing 2 birds in one stone and make lots more side missions in ME3 which uses new multiplayer maps.
Atleast, I hope to never see a map in multiplayer that isn't in the campaign with some story :) Afterall, it's still a singleplayer game mostly, with a multiplayer if you wish to play that.

I want my happy ending!

My Femshep + Liara = Married + Blue children. Oh, and Garrus will live next door with Tali. We'll all live on Rannoch together, and chill on the beach with drinks...

If not that, atleast reunite me with Liara, let my Shepard get better, and let us have our happy blue children running around!

Was it too much to ask for? No. cause I know there's more like me.

Did the ending seem weak via a story standpoint. Yes. Who leaves an ending with plot holes and more questions? Granted, some questions are fine, as it leaves things up to the imagination. BUT! If this is the LAST GAME OF (THIS) TRILOGY... It has to have a definite ending. Live happily ever after please? I'd appreciate it, as would 23k+ others. That is a LARGE NUMBER . That means 23k+ people who payed 60-80 USD to play this and get there happy ending to these games are disappointed. That's between 1.38 and 1.84 MILLION USD.

Fix it, please... And yes, I bet the majority of those people would pay for a DLC to get their ending. (Yes, sadly, I would.)

That is all.

I have a theory. The launch date was set back WAY in June when E3 was happening. I do believe it is possible that the studio publishing the game pressured them especially near the end when the marketing really started. Maybe if it had been delayed about a month or two we wouldn't have this problem. Then people would be complaining about the release date. A dual edge sword I suppose.

Blizzard delays the launch date all the time, people complain about it but still love it.

Good point, but when the publisher starts to put the pressure on it changes a lot of things. You are forced to meet deadlines. I'm thinking that is what happened here.

@KenRaves I don't think we've revealed that yet. Sorry.

Considering we see those squadmates walk out of Normandy at times, do anyone find that suspicious?

Does seem to sound more and more like Bioware has this ending inteded for not be the real one. If thats true it's gonna ****** me off that I'll most likely have to buy a DLC or expansion to finish the story.

I remember someone said something about "holding your ME3 saves".

Combine that with this, and there is some hope.

Interesting thought, but what would be the point? I found this a bit annoying. I took James with me on the final mission. When Harbinger shot us with the laser he must of died or been injured. BUT NO here he is on the Normandy not a bloody scratch.

Yeah, it's a major plot hole. Did you read the hallucination theories?

Man if the companions you had with you is died at Harbringer... Man, that's just awful, I always run with Liara and Garrus as they are my favorites.. That means I have to replay the whole London mission again to kill someone else..

Probaly gonna be James (sorry new guy) and Javik :S Or another DLC character if they need another xD But I seriously doubt it. Don't think they'd ever take something like that totally out of your hands, and Bioware knows that people often use their favorite companions, especially for the last mission. I'd be pissed no matter how they died, even if they did it aswell as Mordin or Legion :(

No I didn't, but then again I go back to, "what would be the point?" Why do that hallucination thing. The game clearly ends after that cut scene. Or stargazer cutscene. Either way I don't honestly believe the hallucination thing. Although I did think about it when Shepard passed out. I just don't think it makes sense.

Well, it  is well thought out, and makes a lot of sense.

It gave me some hope for a DLC to fix this. If you have time you should read the first post: social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/355/index/9727423/1

I myself would also pay. Also I don't think making such a DLC would cost as much as some people say (when they say it's beyond hope that BW will do it as it will invlolve motion capture, voice over work and some other things). Of course VO would consume a large amount of money, but the rest of the engine is complete, ther is not as much work involved as far as I'm concerned. Plus even if only half of the people declaring to pay would actually do so, the amount of money BW would make out of this might be worth the trouble. That's what I'm clinging to...

A push back of release over these endings would have been way to go for Bioware. Its seems the lesser of the two evils. The sales for this title and future titles are going to slipping fast once word gets out from the fanbase. Right now the Take back ME 3 Facebook page has 10k likes in less then one week. Campaigns like this will hurt your, sales.

Sadly, it makes more sense than the actual ending :/ - teleporting squad mates, normandy suddenly far away from battle, most likely had passed through the sol relay.... Shepard being indoctrinated would make more sense, throughout the years he'd had plenty contact with reapers, so he'd slowly have been indoctrinated. Remember, just before launching the attack on the Reapers on Earth. Shepard was in Cerberus' base where the human Reaper remains were. And hinted to it still felt like it were somewhat active. Heck then he gets knocked out, plenty of time for him to get indoctrinated.

haha, u can always blame the "publisher"

23k saying the ending sucked in a poll isn't going to help your sales no matter how many map packs, dlc you make. Its in Biowares best interests to release some kind of statement about this issue. If they flat out ingore it, well there went any hope for breaking even on DLC.

And telling us what their nearfuture plan for content is.

It's true, I honestly don't think Bioware would screw up the ending to a game that bad. Remember the date was set rather early in production.

Its been a day or so since I finished ME3 and I can just about play the MP. I really cant justify sending in another shep for that kind of ending and im seriously considering being done with Bioware as a whole.

Though im still Playing Swtor im kinda worried for any future series bioware makes as I'm not sure I trust them anymore to craft a satisfying story. ME 1,2,3 are awesome but the payoff? Thats just depressing and I dont play games to get depressed and go to a therapist.

It's interesting to say the least how this will turn out.
