Yeah, I know what you mean. I've been tempted to remove Kotaku and Gizmodo from my RSS feeds for a while now. I still have them there but I generally have more respect for The Escapist and Engadget now.

I stopped going to them daily with some of their TOR bashing and bashing of the people who actually liked it.  One thing to have opinionated journalism, another thing to say that since you like something and we dont, your opinion doesnt matter anymore.

Read this ending. Stop talking about indoctrination theory because it makes the game and the ending even worse. Bioware looks even worse! 100hrs of spent playing the trilogy, getting military, peace pact, cruible's parts.... we got an ending that Shep got indoctrinated and you don't have a CHOICE to do anything about it.

my cousins husband works for bioware and i got some info this morning on the ending.
after shep is hit with the red beam he is indoctrinated by harbinger and its a hallucination of how shep thinks it would pan out, thats why anderson is there with you and your crew is magically teleported to the normandy on a planet and they all are safe, you will also see in the endings where shep lives that it shows him in a pile of rubble on earth and then he takes a breath for split second, my cousins husband also told me there will be dlc to continue the story in about a month.

Well, it doesn't have to be true, since my father and my evil twin-brother are also working for BioWare O.o
Speculations, possibilities, let's wait for Casey and Mike to react.

Hope this is right. Let's wait and see. until them WE WILL HOLD THE LINE!!!

I've never played one game more than once before but I played Mass Effect 1-2 more than 6 times. That's how great Mass Effect is but Bioware managed to ruin 4 years' experince within 10 minutes. EPIC FAIL!

No you can't get an ending even remotely close to a satisfying conclusion because the evil bioware/EA corporate machine hates your guts and wants to crush your soul. They hate all of us, so much so that they ruined the ending of their own game just to make us rage. Pfffff "Not everyone will be happy with the ending" How about almost no one will find the ending remotely conclusive whatsoever. I feel betrayed by this abomination. I have defended bioware vehemently up until I hit the ending and realized that nothing I did in the previous games mattered. They got my money, I hope they're happy with it, but I won't be making this mistake twice.

oh, thank god. I honestly don't follow Forbes (it's The Escapist for me), but I remembered someone posting an article link 75 pages or so back. Everyone seemed really upbeat about it, so I thought they were originally supporting us. Glad to see my original, deluded belief is actually coming true, so we all the outside help we can get.

The group of writers that were assigned to write the Mass Effect 3 endings...
This is how it went down.

They threw **** at the wall. Whatever slid down it fast enough, they threw on paper, then said "Yep, we're good to go!"

I have stuck my Mass Effect 3 box on its shelf, and I have zero intention of taking it out until I hear good news related to the endings.
I'm shocked and appalled that through two (and a half) emotional games, they would completely blow it at the very end.
