I like the irony(?) of the Xbox 360 post in relation to the endings of the game.

Red
-or-
Blue

...but it's still an Xbox

Stop arguing with the opposer guys, it's not helping our cause. Ignore him and get back on focus, back on track. This thread is the main thread news outlets are watching, IT MUST BE KEPT FOCUSED. Don't slip up now, don't let everything we've worked at crumble away please! Remember our slogan:

Hold The Line!!

^^ This

Let's keep this as civil as possible and stay away from arguments.  People are allowed to post varying opinions...we need to accept their thoughts on the situation and their viewpoints, no matter how trolly or hate filled they may be.

Hard, yes.  But not as hard as saving the universe.

I like my ending the best. When I was told to make a choice I turned my Shep around and walked away. In doing so I was lifted off of the ground and onto the ledge. When I walked forward I fell through the map and fell into space until my game froze. Much better ending then the other ones.

Agreed. I might have to try ending mine like that if I ever get the inspiration to actually play it again.

Lol for all new copies they get out, they should imput a game breaking freeze right when you get it by Harbinger's beam. Yes, every copy should just freeze on the big whit circle that appears at that moment. This way, people would really have to think of an ending, instead of putting a distorted ending that leads nowwhere, then telling us to just imagine what we want...

You seem to have a REAL problem with people disagreeing with you. Especially since no one here wants anything that will detract from your experience.

no you are all tryin to distract from the experience. You wan't a company who worked on a game for years to just call everyon back in? HEY WE GOTTA DO IT OVER AGAIN! EVERYBODY BACK INSIDE!!! Then change the ending. Like some magical re-do. What do you thinks gonna happen? You're gonna turn on your xbox one day and its gonna say hey download cry baby wha wha super happy ending. 1.04 now!!! and then yeah all this was just a bad dream. herp a derp. No its not gonna happen.

Call everyone back in? You're kidding right. I would bet the money I spent on all of the games and the dlc that there are teams still at work at one of the bioware studios doing dlc or maps for multiplayer. I would like them to do something else with the ending to the game but you can't really believe that they are all sitting at home just chilling.

Thats my point they're busy workin DLC and trying to keep the game fresh. Hell they might be working on some Dlc that takes place after who knows. But to waste money and resources to change the ending is absurd and just plain dumb. If pwople dont like take it back. Stop b*tching.

I hate to be immature, but since you've already done your part...

You mad? I mean, we're the ones who feel depressed, we're the ones who want something we didn't get. You apparently got everything you needed, and yet you're expressing a LOT more rage than anyone else here.

I honestly don't know what to think, I was more or less expecting a downer ending, I don't think this series could of ended happy, especially with the dour, darker tone of ME3, but a literal Deus ex Machina, a god in the machine that makes you pick three fairly shallow endings, it just leaves me, well, hollow. Even if bioware would create post-credits DLC, and I dont think they will, I don't think it will do any good.

Sounds much better than the current endings, much more entertaining that's for sure.

Those final 10-15 minutes made your past five years of choices meaningless. Makes you wonder why they bothered at all.

I agree to an extent, the ending writing is bad no doubt in my mind. Unless it is a dream... then that sucks and we still don't have an ending.

Most of us here know exactly what you mean by feeling "hollow". The worst feelings will be over in 3-4 days. Until then, join the club. We hope you stay and help us get the endings the series deserves.

At least Colin, though vehemently disagreeable with our cause, was RESPECTFUL of our opinion. The only thing he called out was how far we're taking our dislike of the endings.

Dude trust me this is me being civil. Civility goes both ways. To spam bioware and their people with hate and bullcrap isnt doin anything and if anybody even hints at liking the ending they get bombarded with people thinking their mental or something. I'm not trying to flame anybody. But there are two sides to this. Not just yours. I get that people dont like it and I get why, but its to late. You must know this is futile.

I got into a minor flame war with a friend on Facebook when I stated that Bioware's silence, and 80% average fan anger (based on polls at the time) was not going to help their business.

Here is my post that ended the argument (for now) which, hopefully, sums up why this was a bad business decision in my view.

And if you want to talk business, let me point out Star Wars. That series made it's money not in box office, but in MERCHANDISING. And who bought merchandise? Fans. Without the fans, Star Wars would have shriveled and died four decades ago. But US SATISFIED FANS bought toys, and games, and comics, and books. If Bioware and EA want Mass Effect to be the Star Wars of video games, which they have countless times, then they need to satisfy the people who buy ****. The average guy who buys ME3 isn't going to then support it with a sh*t ton of swag, WE DO. As it stands, Bioware and EA are, in my opinion, pushing our dollar away.
