We shouldn't have to feel that way... but most of us do.

Yeah those were great too, if not a little forced on the sides. I always love Seth Green too, well most of the time.
But i thought this whole thing was getting somewhere, but it didn't. Last time you really see them together is on the citadel talking about who's the hottest or something like that.

Thinking about it, i wouldn't say that ALL dialogues were odd. But some were. I felt there was a certain lack of "funny" compared to the ME2 conversations. More angst this time, i suppose.

Perfectly reasonable. I haven't even touched a game since I finished ME3, had no motivation to do anything other than look around here. Sad? Possibly. Do I care? Not really.

@CaptinObvious: I remember a couple funny scenes. Garrus and Joker trading barbs on the bridge, Vega trying to tell jokes to Javik (and failing miserably).

Wow. What happened in the past hour? All of a sudden, haters came from nowhere and tried to put us and our motivations down? My God. So what if you think that what we're doing is stupid, or that we should be ashamed of ourselves? That's your opinion, and it's something that everyone is entitled to have. We don't have to share our opinion. Even though it may be ridiculous to you, it's not to us. We're fighting for something that we believe in, and that's actually more than most people could ever say. If we don't succeed in our endeavor, then we don't. But even if we're at the end, with defeat imminent, we can say that we tried our hardest to bring about a change to something that we all love.

It's certainly unfortunate. Sadly, I feel the same way. My first inclination after finishing ME3 was to take all my Mass Effect stuff and throw it in a box and burn it. Thankfully I've calmed down after four days to think about it, but I don't feel much better.

Looks like they've made their choice. Not sure if their latest thing is to try to call us "mainstream" haha. I don't know but if everyone around me tells me my sculpture that I hadn't finished the nose on is "absolutely incredible best sculpture evar"...then add "except for the nose". I'd probably fix the nose... not yell out "It is the nose you're getting" and sit down in a huff lol.

Someone should slap the PR guy in charge of that account <_<. It's not the first thing like that he's replied.

I played through ME1 again after I finished ME3. I immediatly immersed myself in the experience. I love how I am setting myself up to be let down even more. Hopefully the endings change by the time I am back to ME3.

To be honest I'm choosing the ending where Liara and I hijack the Normandy and fly off into the solar sunset.

Lol I don't know how you can steal your own ship.

The final scene with Liara I had she asked that basically, alluding that a ship could get lost in it all, could go off and live out the rest of their days in quiet.... trouble is the options were only "I'm happy where I'm at right now" and "I need some time alone".  I couldn't say I needed time alone.. Liara was my future wife and mother of my little blue shadow broker babies hahaha.

A family of super smart LiaraXShepards? Best shadow brokers ever.

Exactly!  I had a lineage to think about!.. my REAL legend rofl.

And in 50,000 years Shepards great x25 grand daughter will find one of the boxes liara left for the galaxy. Awesome.

IM so glad to see everything back on track, hold the line guys. I'm personally doing everything I can to garner us support and help the cause, as posting about endings is sadly not my fortre, I talk better than I type.

Hold the Line, now until the final moments of damnation!

Can someone clarify something for me?

Just wondering.

In my opinion, after my first playthrough and half way through my second, i have been thinking about the ending choices. I prefer synthesis over destroy at the end due to the fact seeing so many conflict between each races and organic life vs machine. The Catalyst was right to this point; however, i disagree with its decision about "bring order to chaos" by harvesting organic life before they reach the stage of what The Catalyst call " the conflict b/w creators and created" Destroy it will result another chaos in the future and Control it does not really solve the problem at all either. Therefore, the only best choice which our lovely Bioware gave us is "synthesis"
Just my preference.

Edit: if shepard survive after synthesis at the end, i will be thankful for bioware because i still hoping she live happily after..

I've got a solution...we need a space canon that shoots thresher maws, that'll get Bioware to give us an additional set of endings (that make sense).:P

Not as bad as the fact that I can't even play *any* video game right now.

And this is an avid gamer going on 10 years of hard-ass gaming speaking here.  I've never gone this long without playing *something*.

Just want to add my voice to the massive outcry of "the endings are terrible." A voice that will be ignored with the rest I'm sure.

Same here, I tried to get into ME1 again, it worked for a bit, but as soon as I accessed the beacon on Eden Prime, I gave up. Just seems pointless...

Well, if we were the mainstream, that would be good, because that means we have a better chance of being listened to.

If we were the vocal minority, then why are they making such a big deal out of it?

Judging by what samples I have seen, we are at least a strong plurality. Without solid sales numbers and other data, there is no way of knowing.

Well.. following the ME3 ending universe rules it makes perfect sense!  In fact we can all ride it into battle... all 31,000 strong \\o/

So... if we are the mainstream, and they keep saying things like that, looks like they are just trying to do this and see what happens.

Epic comment from a youtube poster

Wtf BioWare? Did you even try with Mass Effect 3? The only metaphor I can come up with about the horrid ending is: imagine you have an attractive partner, and you're having the most satisfying intercourse of your life. But as you're about to climax, Osama, Hitler, your grandparents, and Kanye West break into your bedroom in their underwear and proceed to spray down both of you with liquid cold sewage water mixed with ground up rotten dead animals whilst Justin Bieber sings at 150 decibells.
