So, do you guys really think ea's drop at the stock exchange people are talking about here has to do with the Mass Effect ending? How come? Any evidence for that?

A significant drop on Metacritic would actually have that effect, as it is widely used by companies to decide to stock something or not.

It is simply so much people feeling uneasy about their products. Some of us have said that, regarding the ends, we don't feel able to buy any other DLC then an ending one, or even buy a new Bioware game, some even chancelled their sub to SW:ToR. If people in the business see this, the worth of the company usualy drops and is pretended to be falling as this here is a really great storm. If there would be 100 people disliking, they wouldn't fall even 0,1%. But seeing that we raised nearly 45.000 voices so far (This side+facebook, even if I think some of them are the same, just in case.) in not even a week, they pretend them to be REALLY not buying anything in the future.

Admiral Hackett is actually Dr. Wallace Breen from the Half-Life Series. He was thrown here due to the dark energy explosion at the end of HL2, which also gave him space wizard powers. He has been waiting all this time for his chance to take over the universe.

This is becoming painful to see that even before release it has been known that the ending was not going to amount to anything but as we call it 'bittersweet'. Reality shows its just bitter, tasteless, and empty.

To BioWare.
We have all felt greatness from every ME game and the monumental attachment we have had throughout each including ME3... About the ending we would all be more than thankful to get some straight up information instead of some of the replies we get through various means (pm, twitter, etc.) that either downplay our emotional attachment, or spin our words to this creation. Because this really sucks that a movement like this comes out of a shoddy ending to an amazing series. We hate the fact we have to let you know how bad we feel for not meeting our expectations in the least.

I bet if everyone of the 32.000 people on this sides poll would give just 2 €/$ each, we could raise 64.000 Dollars and give them to children in need in our name. THAT would make the whole world look at us and say: "Give them what they desire!"

A good cause though. Well choosen, even aside our desire. I think I will donate a bit today.

In a time before recorded history a god baby was born and a plan was put in place that would change the universe forever. Now 3000 years later broken heroes, rise again even from death itself to stop an old/new seemingly unbeatable enemy. Allies will be gathered through space AND time as the Warden, Hawke, Commander Shepard and a all new hero all find the mystical Eluvians transporting them to a new plane in biowares first cross over game of the millenia event. This fall take back the galaxy, universe, time and the afterlife itself in Dragon Effect: Age of the Mass Wizards!

Grande Arch Duke Wizard Hackett turns to the camera: Well Shepard I guess I finally know...your favourite colour!
DUN Dun DUUUUNNN
*que amazing combat inspiring music*

I don't know if it's better just wanted to see what it would look like with my tweaks. They would still make you play as anew character though...:( lol

I forgot about the new character. Probably a defector Space Wizard. Unhappy with the mustache twirling evilness of your brethen and how they totally messed up your deserted tropical planet vacation you head out on your own. Riding your space unicorn through space and time you gather allies to your side as you work to bring down the only family you have ever known. Only YOU can bring balance back to the universe. Mass Dragon Effect: Age of the Space Wizards.

Might as well make the new character a Jedi/Mage/Soldier. They would be twirling their mustaches with their minds. Your famiily are god level space wizard sith lords. They've been ruinging your vacations all your life. Riding your Magical Space Griffen or Unicorn. (choices!)  You find new allies through all planes of life, time, and space. Bring balance back to the universe and force. Star Mass Dragon Effect: Age of the Sith Space Wizards.

The key would be if it falls below what it was prior to ME3 Beta being ANNOUNCED.

Usually people invest short-term.

So you buy into a company when the rumors of their next big name IP crop up. Then sell it weeks after that next big IP is released.

Now it'll be interesting to see what happens with their next big IP.

That's why I encourage anyone who's a ME fan to never buy another EA & Co. product.

Nothing says "you dun ****ed up" than thousands of unsold game boxes on a shelf around the world. ;)

*you can also alter that to suit the digital "box" ^_^

Considering the fact that Forbes magazine, one of the worlds premier investors magazine, addressed this issue aswell as the Day-One DLC issue and ruled against BioWare, and the poor ratings on Metacritic and Amazon, which are commonly viewed for interest, I'd say that pretty much shows all we need.

And if they don't take care of this soon, it's probably going to get worse.

That does in no way matter. So can people vote multiple times who like the game. As of now, the Poll has a clear number: 89% are unhappy. That isn't a matter of voting multiple times, it is a matter of people coming to the board after the games ending and voting. It became multiple thousand more over yesterday. Even with multiple votes, we couldn't raise 32.000 votes in barely a week.

So. I more won't buy production of the company BioWare until the game
ending will be changed. The company BioWare will lose me as the buyer of
their production until changes will be made to a game ending.

Vote for it! Extend it!

Indeed. I was just saying this: The cause was well choosen. It is a good cause no matter what we want. So even if Bioware does not listen, I can sleep that I maybe bought something for a children in need rather then a meaningless DLC. BUT it will only keep the presure up. Seeing we are able to spend our money to children in need rather then them, also drawing more magazines on the line like "RetakeMassEffect3, group of gamers who came together in the bioware social network, raises XXXXX€/$ for children in need." Will put us up. But regardless of what we do, we can have a good nights sleep knowing we did the right thing.

It was surely not choosen because we needed something like the crucibal...but it was WELL choosen to help people in need. Help is what this world needs.

Anyway, off to the doctor. Hold the line!

I did some Coalesced looking, and found some DLC weapons already included inside, along with Javek. However, nothing proving additional scenes or even maps waiting to be called to run (as if they had disabled the ending). Will keep on looking, but just wanted to inform ya'all.

Maybe you right, but I think it's good idea to stop voting again and again. I already vote multiply, and when I think about it... so, it make whole idea little more "fake" than it deserve. We may win that fight "conventionally", let's not cheat or something. :)

Im starting to think its entirely the fault of EA. They keep up false advertising...

ME3. "All your choices will come to matter, everything will be explained" etc. Yet again none of your choices matter, nor is anything explained.

Im starting to think they know exactly what they're doing, and advertise it the way they know will sell, and not the way the game is...

Wait a minute, they've always done that. Wow, thats quite o....

I've never posted in a forum before, but I would like to add my voice to the already assembled masses.

Something must be done. The endings we are presented with was unacceptable for a story of this scope. All of us had a deep emotional connection to the story; we had a stake in what happened. We put our faith in Bioware to deliver and they betrayed this trust.
Now they need to make things right or I'll be wary to trust them again.
