It's donating to Child's Play, not asking for money. While it's the same thing on some level, me asking you to give me $20 and me suggesting you donate $20 to sick kids is a wide span of difference. Also soliciting by website rules usually refers to spam ads for me trying to sell you item X. A community organized and run donation drive for an established and well known national charity isn't usually seen as a bad thing by any one with a PR department that has common sense.

If Bioware would silence a community donation for children in need to give them the opportunity to play games...yes, then EA would be the angel of charity compared to them. We are not trying to sell Item X with no worth to you. We are trying to bring game Y to sick children so they can enjoy a game if they couldn't otherwise.

And cmon: If everyone who votes on the Poll would give 1$. Then we would have 32.000$. Imagine the children...imagine what could be done with it. You can't do much with 1$ alone. You can't buy a coke in a cafe, you can't buy a big ice-cream, you can't buy even the cheapest shirt...but summing it up with 31.999 other people for children in need is worth to lose 1$.

Judging from a neutral PR point, Bioware would jump on the train. It is good PR for them to support it. To decline it and silence it would be worser PR then Amazon could ever be in a thousand years. Because not everyone cares about a game like the fans do. But EVERYONE certainly cares about sick children and the actions of people to help them.

Also, we gamers would have something we can be proud of. All those things told about us, all those stories about brutal people who played ego-shooters/Shooters, some unsocial, some crazy, only spending money on their games...this action...it would give us a good light once in a while...show the world: Those people actually care! We CAN do something good. The flash of light in the darkness of all those "Bad news." For example with Hapler. ((No discussion about Hapler here! I only mentioned it! Don't bring it up again. It is done! It was unreasonable and was quit until now))

I would do so. Is there any adress where I can ask Bioware to do so? A twitter account seen regularly for example? I don't want it to be closed down...and maybe I can convince Bioware to actually support it. I am...good with words...if I have some time to prepare them...not a poet...but...good.

I cannot believe that A trilogy ended like this, with little to no information what happened to galactic community expect for players to speculate because of the suppose Mass relay destruction, and we have normandy stranded who knows where.

This is very fishy i am quite sure there is something on the way, with Stargazer scene anything is possibleB)

Why else would the so called "secret ending" be after CS and either in an import save or in a NG+

The endings made me madder (and I chose the destroy one out of utter spite.) Holding the line!

Nah its cool man, sometimes you just have to stand up and say that you were wrong.

Playing devils advocate and looking at the facts that are pointed out in the video it is clear that it has been lined up for something to continue the story; the problem is this has been overlooked by Biowares previous statement prior saying that this was the end.

Clearly its not the end, clearly their was a meaning to the ending which we have all missed and Bioware are just planning out how they will tactfully make their press release accouncing it.

Question is, is the community going to step up and say we were wrong?

In any case, Bioware planned for a continuation to the ending, we are saying we want an ending, so they conveyed the emotions perfectly, they are not leaving it here and we are demanding another ending, so in some respect the community will get exactly what they are after.

You have a good point - thanks for making me think about that. As far as I can tell, it's anecdotal at this point.

You know, we should probably take care not to make such assumptions, although I know it's tempting to make the attribution from te perspective of seeing some sign that we are having any impact at all.

Plus, remember, if certain commentators over at IGN see it, they might accuse us of being some new and even more vile type of mean, miserable, worthless, despicable creatures who can't possibly have valid opinions.

Yea, We were getting the ending regardless. Even if that video is wrong the chances are still there. Alot of everything he said really made me laugh. I never picked up on it, im just glad someone else did see that there was more to it. People are missing all the clues just because of anger.

I would gladly do so if Bioware brings a new ending. Why not? I admit I was wrong about them then. But this was something more then Bioware has planned though: They brought the community together in a way they never could have done otherwise. Even if some here loose faith. IF Bioware had plans all along, they will be also happy: To have created something that matters to people.

If they don't have a plan...best get prepared for the storm then...
