Then there is the God Child AI Deus Ex Machina... Who's "logic" makes NO sense what-so-ever...

Finnaly, I'd like an epilogue. I want to know what happens to the galaxy post game. DA:O did it, why couldn't ME 3?

Yeah. Not saying it couldn't have been better, but ever since I started playing the ME games, they've been deep.

It's like they decided "We really, really, like adepts so from now on you can only play as an adept. Everyone who dosn't like it is obviously trolling.". Then they made that adept an elcor whose only move is to give chastising rebukes to the enemies. People who love adept elcors who give chastising rebukes in combat will be pleased, and everyone else is screwed.

I'm fine with a tragic ending I really am. If my Shep has to die to save the day so be it. I'm not fine without the after effects being included. I want some closer.

After reading some of this thread and watching the vids. I'm leaning towards the indocuration theroy. When you get to the "Citidel" Shep is F'd up, Anderson however is fine. I don't think his clothes are even torn.

Same here. Seems like the "gamer" sites are slower to pick this up. The article about the "entitlement myth" is very true. Sad that some people think we're whiners just because we want a quality product. I would give an analogy, but there's hundreds of those floating around already.

Theres at least thought behind a mass effect field.  "Fifth force of nature, requires yet undiscovered element, works is predicatable ways..."  Any explanination of FTL is going to require suspension of disbelief.  

But pick the Green beam and everyone is just half robot now?   There was nothing requiring the ending to use such an unsatisfying mechanism to solve the conflict.

Disney isn't exactly sunshine and bunnies either. I don't think a single protagonist in a disney movie has more than one parent, if they have any.

Its not exactly news from Bioware or EA but this is a good article from forbes that really puts things in perspective www.forbes.com/sites/erikkain/2012/03/13/mass-effect-3-and-the-pernicious-myth-of-gamer-entitlement/. Everyone here should read this its a very good article that even touches on what the guy at IGN said.

Imho the IGN guy was just acting like a tool to look cool.

However, I am rather shocked (pleaseantly) that Forbes has posted articles over this whole thing. o_O

I have plenty of imagination when it comes to what happened to Hawke and Anders after they ran off together when DA2 finishes and you know why?  DA aint finished, there is always hope His and Anders' story will be continued.  Mass Effect was meant to be a whole, complete story.  The key word here is complete.
