So we can't get the ending we want after all?

Nice to see the new Forbes article, feels good to know not everyone is against us.
Also, I said this before, but try to avoid discussing that hallucination/indoctrination stuff, it is outright bad for our cause:
If we start to try and explain and justify the ending, we give them a reason not to fix it.
Let's hope there's still some chance for this to work out...

Here's a lesson for bioware how to do a bittersweet ending in a scifi setting:
I really do wonder what happened in the writers head when he wrote the ending of ME3....
Never watched Babylon 5, but that looks great. Joker would have been a great narrator for that.

Is ME such a big thing in Japan? I always thaught they don't really like "non-japanic" rpgs.

What really gets my goat is that the ending seems contrived to be, well, almost spiteful of the player. I mean, as it stands now, Shep lives, the Normandy crew lives, and Shep's LI lives. So what was the point of separating them by lightyears and then blowing up the mass relays so there's no way for them to get back together? Especially since it involves introducing no fewer than three major plotholes to do so?
That... it's just... I mean, come on.
Exaclty. It's as if they just flipped you off. After introducing plot holes and illogical reaper motives.

He started joking providing some mad theories how to make the worst ending ever for entire series...and one of them was "Bwahaha I remember how they delayed the Reapers during "Arrival" DLC. Did they destroy all relays to stop the Reapers? =)"
He is so naive. He doesn't know what is waiting for him -_\\\\ I reacted with pokerface not to spoil the ending but not sure if it's right.

I KNOW!! And when the Normandy crashes, why isnt it crashing on earth where it should be? And if the squadmates you bring towards the beam dont die, they should be on earth injured not on the Normandy. Its just silly, and mean:(

Was I the only one who's first instinct after getting hit with the beam was to look around for my squad? And then the confusion/despair when I realized they'd apparently been vaporized.

Unfortunately, due to cultural access to their own anime and manga which places far less emphasis on 'making sense' than the western counterparts, the Japanese players are more innoculated to pink space butterfly plots and endings. It'll probably be a huge hit there.
Still, wouldn't hurt to go take a look.
