Also, Anderson was an officer, not a front line foot soldier.
In the video sequences you can see him with a gun between the assault troops.
True but a General/Admiral can be with the troops but wouldn't be the first one charging in
Remember: Admiral Tali'Zorah.
If she is in your squad, then ingame she is a frontline soldier.
I was thinking the same, fits perfectly after the "Linkin Park" song.that someone edited in the credits a few 100 pages backrexil wrote...

was Drew Karpyshyn still involved in the making of the story ? If not, this is the reason we got such pain in our hearts. My opinion.

Jacob does not die guarding a door. Jacob's loyalty-unlock power is Barrier. When a toon dies defending the door, i final shot gets them in the midsection. When I had Jacob there, he takes the same shot... but gets up again after and says "I'm ok." Barrier.Abbraxas00 wrote...

some other question: what do i have to do so mordin doesnt die in the 2nd ME? he died in the collectors' basein my game the other slarian from the 2nd cured the genophage - dunno his name atm. think something with a m
In my experience, Mordin fares better in your squad. He has a higher chance to die if he's in a fire team or defending a door. I assume it's because he's fairly fragile. So I usually took him with me, and he always lived (after completing his loyalty and upgrades). I did a playthrough where I did all that, and left him behind, and he still died.
think that's it. but it's also strange that grunt dies, defending the doorand i did his loyalty mission too -.-

Because of the cryptic messages, a little hope is rising in me. I hope they're not playing with us. That would double the s***storm.

The ending DLC could be named "Conrad Verners Last Stand"

I'm feeling the cautious optimism myself.

Is it wrong that at this point I'd be totally o.k with Bioware trolling as long as I get a proper ending?
