Just got back from the midnight release and my Shepard's that don't have a face code require me to start from scratch (360 user here).

Very disappointed in first launch my copy ME3 cannot import my save fave from ME2 and ME1. is there any patch for this bug??

I'm about 90% positive that there was a face code for my ME2 Shep before, but I loaded the game up and it's just not there anymore....wth?

This is garbage. If Bioware doesn't fix this, I'm gonna be pissed. One of the best things about the ME series is the ability to customize your Shepard character. I like the look of my Shep, like that I can make him look like what I want him to look like. The default Shep is ok, but I prefer to keep my own.

Please, Bioware, fix this. I'm bummed out on this now and I'm holding off on starting ME3 until this is resolved.

Same here.. I checked both ME1 and 2 and didn't find it. I swear i saw it before somewhere but for the life of me can't find it now

One. Shepard.

For five years, ever since 2007, I used one Shepard.

And for the finale, the finale I've been waiting for for 5 years, I can't use his appearance.

This is WORSE than non removable helmets by far.

This is a deal breaker.

If the patch did indeed fix this, it's impossible to know. Everytime the game starts after patching it somehow overwrites it. After exiting the game, the same patch downloads once again. Origin fail, Bioware fail.

My Shep that I directly imported from ME1-->ME2 had a facecode, but when I imported my ME2---->ME2 my Shep didn't. Maybe that's the case?

I just tried the update, it didn't fix the face import issue... Very lame indeed... I looked forward to playing this game for a long time. Now I have it ready to play and it sits on my pc as I don't want to play it with some one elses shep. Like many others I want the same shep I've been using for the last number of years. What the heck BioWare?!?!?! I hate origin, I hate EA and I bought a product through that damn service and that was produced by EA simply because it was still made by you! This IS a BIG DEAL.... It goes against every thing that the ME line up is not to be able to import our faces. I swear every time EA get's involved with any company there product goes to ****...

Doesn't it show up under the squad menu iirc?
