SPOILERS AHEAD.
CAUTION
So i did complete mass effect 2 for the second time. If i remember right everyone survived.
Miranda just got hurt or something and said back to action.
And if i remember right everyone were there welcoming me after the suicide mission.
But it seems Miranda, Jacob and Samara was red. They did survive imo. If i didnt miss something.
They werent loyal but so werent thane but he survived.
Any help?

They didnt die, but the game recognizes them "dead"!.
