I didn't know about it until I started playing the demo. It's great.
Any former multiplayer skeptics now excited about the prospect?

Nah still not a fan of it. Tried it out still not fun, passes the time though if you're bored out of your skull.

I was completely against having any mp in Mass Effect 3 (believing it would be detrimental to the sp campaign) , while i can't comment on the campaign yet i am happy to find that the multiplayer is good fun and definitely something i'll be doing a fair amount of in the full game.

I didn't really care about its inclusion but I've had a lot of fun with it. I think I just like it because I wnat to play ME3 so much and it gives me my fix. Once I playthrough ME3 I won't be surprised if I spend less time in MP as I did in the demo.

Liking it a lot more than I thought I would. The customization options really help to give it a personal feel that most MP modes lack.

I think they handled it extremely well and did exactly what a multiplayer should do, lengthen longevity but not be detrimental to the single player experience.

I was never concerned, I knew that it would be handled with utmost care. I knew it would be implemented in a way that made sense within the Mass Effect 3 story, and my expectations ended up being pretty close to what we got.
And now, I get to gloat because it's a hell of a lot of fun. Boosh!

I agree. Multiplayer usually ends destroying good games. It still remains to be seen if the time spent on multiplayer ended up reducing the amount of single player content. Though this time I have to say that the multiplayers if at least entertaining enough on its own. Still I don't know how they will keep it fresh for very long. Unless they come out with new maps frequently and new enemies and classes.... I can see it getting pretty old in a short amount of time once you have maxed out all the classes.

As much as it makes me grit my teeth to say it, I think BW really did this right.
I still think it doesn't belong in ME3, but it's very good.

I was a fence sitter, wait and see what they did before you get indignant.
I'm happy to say I enjoy MP quite a bit, and I may actually play it more than the SP game. We'll see.

I was quite hesitant about them introducing it in the end trilogy. That said, I have found the demo to be fun and they seem to have done things in a way that doesn't detract from the SP experience.

I was very impressed at how simple yet enjoyable the demo's MP was. I can only hope that BW and EA continue to build on it from launch day and onwards, particularly from the technical standpoint of connectivity and player lobbies.

Yes. I was against it, but I have to admit it is extremely well done, and I really enjoy it so far.
It's still repetitive indulgence (unlike singleplayer which is a more meaningful experience), but then again so is pretty much every other multiplayer game.

At first, I was anti-multiplayer. Then, after trying out the demo, I was really enjoying it. Then...it got really boring once I learned the maps/enemies. Perhaps once the full version is out, these will be alleviated for a while, but after a time, I'll learn the maps/enemies again, and it will become boring again.
So...at this point, it all depends on how the single-player turns out. If the single-player is up to standard, I will be indifferent to multiplayer. If the single-player is bad, I'll probably wish the money spent on multiplayer had been used to improve the single-player.

MP is ok, but I was expecting something better like in Uncharted 2 Mutliplayer. I hope that we will see more in the real MP More then just queing some missions and wipe endless waves of ennemies. I need a good story to keep my interest, I'm not really a fan of shooters so ...
