Lately i've noticed quite a glaring issue around my characters eyes (please excuse the picture quality)

The biggest problem is that it happens with nearly every single character. Player, companion & NPCs all have some kind of graphical issue with their eyes. Everything else works perfectly though. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, wiping all ME data, rolling back graphics driver, updating driver, updating hardware and other software. i've even gone so far as to reperchase the game from Origin and running a check disk, disk cleanup and defragmenter on the off chance it would make a difference.

any advice?
