How much Paragon for Samara's loyalty?

I need to recruit Morinth to get Dominate, but the only file close to the mission doesn't have enough Paragon yet. So I have to just grind through everyone else's loyalty quests until I do, but how many bars do you need to make the choice between Morinth and Samara available?

The required Paragon or Renegade score for relevant conversation options is always a percentage of the total possible score available from areas visited thus far, and is not an absolute variable.

You can always save-hack your paragon and renegade scores using the Gibbed editor so that it doesn't become an issue. Unless this is your first time through or you have a problem with the idea of save editing, though I can understand that.
I found that doing Samara's mission is best somewhat later in the game if you want a chance. Missions for Jacob, Miranda, Grunt, Mordin, Garrus and Kasumi don't require much score if any to be successful, and are filled with interrupts to boost your score. Missions for Tali, Samara, Jack, Thane and Zaeed, however, do - especially the first two. I always do those Tali and Samara's last because of the requirement, and because I like saving the best missions for last.
Except Jacob's. That mission, I just don't flat out want to play. And Jack's, since completing both her's and Miranda's missions starts a confrontation between them, which is a point heavy situation as well.
