I think fear has dampened alot of my enthusiasm for ME3. I knew early on that ME3's story line would not play out how I thought it would, fear about the permanent squad mates, fear about how much time I will be able to spend with the characters I love ( and how much I will have to spend with the ones I don't ), fear about forced deaths, time limits, lack of choices, fear over the endings, fears about the writing, fear of the quality of the endings and fear over the lack of replay value in ME3 if I'm unhappy with how my first playthough of ME3 will go ( I will be using the strategy guide so I will be going for the best ending right away ).

like,...a few days ago it was the whole Quarian/Geth riot. "oh you cant have both Geth/Quarian allies, curse you Bioware, its says in the files and **** **** ****". but for those that remember the game story Demo with Shepard fighting a reaper on the quarian homeworld with orbital fire support of the Quarians and the Geth (legion) was helping shepard we know its virtually impossible that there is no peacefull solution in the game. the situation was shown in the demo so i dont care what the ragenerds say. just because nerds cant find a file they immidiatly think its true. like why cant people just wait, be suprised by the game and see what happens in the final product?. the cast and staff suggested additional ME games. and they certainly arent so stupid to totally destroy a franchise they worked so hard to create in the last years. you dont honestly think EA pumps ****loads of money in advertising and PR just so the Universe of Mass Effect ends right?.
*sigh*
but yes, ill just sit with you guys and wait patiently for my N7 edition and watch the nerds rip eachother appart. March 8th ill just start the game, enjoy every moment of it and see where the story goes..

I'm done with Dragon Age, I think. I'm still getting ME3 because I've
been looking forward to it for years. But a bad ending would leave a bad
taste in my mouth for the entire series. Like The Matrix. Like Lost.
Like BSG. Like Heroes. I'll be done with BioWare unless they come out
with something so good that I HAVE to buy it. Unlikely, they're making a
C&C games, and SWTOR is already out. I can go online and read what
happened to Revan. That's not a good ending either, from what I've
heard. When did BioWare become masochists?
I like to watch the devs assigned to a project. ME started going in a direction I didn't like when Mac Walters took over. Gaider is on DA and his work is far more to my liking, but then that team also has Jennifer Hepler and Mike Laidlaw. I'm not saying these two are bad devs or whatever, but I disagree strongly with them on certain points. That said I play these games mostly for the story and thankfully that seems to be in good hands for DA.

Feeling sad to end it like this. I can only hope when the time comes to say goodbye to Dragon Age it's on a better note.
Don't hold your breath.
