We need to produce shelves for more than one Arrival it seems. You all make sure to be ready for the flood of sheer chaos that'll spill forth.

None of my plans for this game have changed, nor will they. I shall bask in the rage of the meager and delight in my substance and controversy filled entertainment.

I cannot wait until the nerdrage climax. Such self-entitlement deserves to be punished. I wish Bioware could have done something more delibrate to ****** off the haters, but this will satisfy me for now.

You won't be doing any punishing private, not with all the bed making you'll be doing.

What I find most pitiful about all of this is the people feeding off of the anger and sadness of others. What sorry excuses for human beings.

While I agree, its not even worth stating. Those reveling in shcadenfreude require other people's misery for their own delight, and those who are crushed by the writing of an author do truly need to find a better way to manage their own happiness.
I thankfully am neither of these, and my hapiness will be independent of both the outcomes of Mass Effect 3 and the eventual reaction of the fanbase.
Still, feeding on the misery of others is . . . sad in and of its own.

Then stop self-inflicting it.
You've force fed this misery upon anyone who would be content with the outcome as is, by your soap box drama machine that has ruined every online community without fail. The self-degration of some actual restraint, civility, and actual decency within the community is at the direct fault of people failing to check their outrage and self-entitlement at the log-in screen.
And lacking an actual solution to the virtual cesspool such incredibly spoiled and sickeningly pity people have created out of what could otherwise have been a constructive and helpful community. I will instead vicariously enjoy the fact that while other people become seriously over attached and distraught over a work of fiction, my concern and engagement of such repulsive individuals begins and ends here online, but my enjoyment and entertainment of the work of fiction will be far, far more memorable.
I am not responsible for your happiness, Bioware is not responsible for your happiness. Likewise, neither of us are responsible for your misery. The fact that you take it to such lenghts is the true pity here, and all I can do is laugh at the insanity of it all, and remember a day when people were avid fans of simple pixels moving across low-resolution screens, without obsene and inane complaints.
This outrage is insane, and it deserves far worse than being merely laughted at. But lacking that, I will remain amused, rather than insulted.

I am looking forward to it but not as much as I should be. After I beat ME2 I literally could not wait for ME3 to come out. I remember when the first teaser trailer came out, I went completely ape**** with excitement. Now here we are with with less than a week to go ( for US gamers, I have to wait until the 9th of March ) and I can't help but feel that I'm not as psyched about this game as I should be.
I think fear has dampened alot of my enthusiasm for ME3. I knew early on that ME3's story line would not play out how I thought it would, fear about the permanent squad mates, fear about how much time I will be able to spend with the characters I love ( and how much I will have to spend with the ones I don't ), fear about forced deaths, time limits, lack of choices, fear over the endings, fears about the writing, fear of the quality of the endings and fear over the lack of replay value in ME3 if I'm unhappy with how my first playthough of ME3 will go ( I will be using the strategy guide so I will be going for the best ending right away ).
Wow, you sound really down.
Try to cheer up, eat some choco.

I was once leaked the information on the Geth/Quarian crisis, but without the critical detail that there was a third solution.
Initially I hated it, I let myself get too attached to the story and, I actually lost a night of sleep on the decision - of a leak no less. It took a day and a half to check myself and remind myself that it was a game, that I shouldn't have been this worked up over it - but it was also a credit to Bioware that I did. I was that engaged before the situation was even there.
The fact that there was a 'happy ending' that I discovered later on about it... kind of took away from that engagement, that tough choice. And even though I was initially upset. I actually missed being denied that choice - because it really forced me to weigh in on it all to really look at it subjectively and objectively to make my choice in game.
It's this impact that I'm fairly sure was the intent here with the endings as described. (Again, supposedly there is a 7th ending for new game + playthrough.)
So to answer the question seriously. Yes, I'm ready. I've had my shock already. (without going to the forums and raging about it.) Whatever comes of the ending and the decision I have to weigh in. I'm keeping my feelings of over-attachment in check. I may or may not personally like the ending, but I'm withholding judgement on weather or not that takes away from the game until I experience it first hand.

Nope, without an ending where the Reapers win I won't play that game.
There is an ending where the Reapers win.
Several if you include Critical Mission Failures.
Rush the game, get to the ending with as little preperation as possible.

Critical mission failure don't count; they are not endings. Mass Effect 3 only has 3 endings: destroy, control and merge. None of them portrays the Reapers as the victorious side. There is Mass Effect 2, but we're talking about Mass Effect 3.
