Keep tech armor off and spam warp/throw. Turn on tech armor when you need to revive or cap objectives, or if you are being overrun by minions. My build is 6 warp, 6 throw, 6 fitness, 5 in passives for weapon weight reduction and power boost, and 3 in tech armor for the 25% dmg resist and more explosion damage. You can start using tech armor offensively, which is easier to learn to do if you usually run around with it off. Turn it on when enemies close in, detonate and fall back to your next position. If you know the map well enough to roll backwards to your new cover, you can even throw a warp/throw combo at them after detonating your armor. It sometimes feels like a hardier version of the drell adept without the awesome frags... or cartwheels.

Actually we only have 2 sentinels, The class sadly has 2 Adepts mixed in it too. And no they are amazing, I rock hard with the Turian Sentinel.

Overload+Warp causes a chian overload effect that's like a mini biotic detonation and stuns nearbny enemies.

Yes I just read that in another post haha, so I'm reconsidering it and I'll probably end up throwing a point or two into Warp now.

My thoughts exaclty. I think the human sentinel is way better than the human adept for spamming biotic explosions.
I still don't have the asari anyway (N7 250+ ...).

I haven't the faintest idea how to use tech armor but I do know how to spam warp and mow things down with my Avenger

Turian Sentinel is the boss of all bosses. He can handle any barrier/shield/armor with his abilities.
