The Turian they showed is your contact on Palavan. Not the councillor. However, there will still be a Turian councillor in the game. Some people will just have a different one.

OP Topic Title/First post edited, and yeah it actually wasent really new as it else sounded like, but atleast we got a few new gameplay cutscenes i dident see before. Until now.
