They signed affidavits actually and from what the guy who was in on the Vegas promotion said people left without even signing them.  Honestly I think BW was just not thinking when they released the game early. You can't contain it and there's no point in suing. 

To be honest I've been blaming the Marketing division for most of Biowares shortcomings with ME since ME 1.  Labeling ME 1 as a pure RPG, explicitly glorifying the import sytem, trying to make this story less Linear than it really is.  Trying to elaborate game and conversation mechanics when they're still dumbed down. 

I really think its why a lot of Hardcore RPG and novel appreciators bit on early.

Well, the safe thing is to cancel the preorder. If they are wrong, you lose a gun. If they are right, however, you save $60.

Gods almighty, I do wish some of you were there in the Spoiler Group as the guy played the game.

Honestly, this reaction is nothing compared to some of the "leaked spoiler" discussions I've seen in past years.

I remember when The Dark Knight came out, and I was a member of the SuperHeroHype message boards. You had no less than four separate plot summaries all claiming to be the real deal, people who were swearing up and down that the Joker died at the end of the film (and citing a conversation they had with the producers as proof) and rampant misinformation flying around all the time. The forums melted with flame wars between fans who believed the spoilers at face value and those who were disbelieving. Almost everything that was a "spoiler" was either untrue or incorrect.

That said, I take these spoilers with a grain of salt. The best course of action is just to refrain from reading the boards until the game comes out. I already spoiled myself by reading the leaked script.

I am hearing (seeing) a lot of , "well I heard from this guy who heard from...etc etc", but there is no proof.

Even if the leaked endings have some truth to them, they are all taken out of context as I posted on another thread.

I don't expect sweetness and light, but we do not know Shepards ultimate fate if he lives ( I assume he can die) and we do not know everything that happens to either Shepard or the Normandy. Even it the endings are true, there is a lot that we do not know.

I recommend waiting and seeing.

Well if Xoisite s under NDA, he already spoiled alot, and I mean ALOT, breaking the NDA agreement

Dunno, I'm satisfied with the script so far.  Even for Grimdark, Humanity and the other race have a chance.  Not to mention, the Reaper threat is either contained or permanently ended...unless they have one more, waiting outside the Galaxy...

Did you not see the pictures of the relays blowing up with different colors based on your choice just as Tank and Xio said?  Or the picture of the epilogue?  They were up last night but I think they've been pulled now.

I have seen the relays blowing up but not the epilogue one, and after seeing the relays ones, I still think they could've pull better endings, that this, Fallout games have better endings that his, except FO3 before Broken Steel or Halo endings or GoW ones, the points is that BW just took the laziest way out and that the writers didn't bother to actually have secret happy ending.

The only thing wrong with FO3's ending is it cut you off from the game. In a sandbox games that's a pretty big deal.
And it never took account of if you had Fawkes with you.
