I plan on heading to the Gamestop I pre-ordered my N7 Collectors Edition at around 4pm, enjoy a fancy dinner at my local malls food court, and then do my hardest to NOT just bust down the back door of the Gamestop so I can grab my copy and get home.

Nope, no midnight event where i live.
But i ordered from Amazon with release day shipping,so i will get it about midday on the 6th.

If my local Gamestation is having one I'll be there definitely.
I WAS planning on playing the pc version first from midnight, but my flatmate (in whose name our broadband is in) decided to change providers. Which would be fine, except the engineers let us down twice and now we won't have internet until the 12 (assuming they turn up then that is) since our old broadband is going off tomorrow.
Unless they get a phone call with an earlier date (riight, that's gonna happen ^^) we're basically screwed.
I can't even stay at my sister's (where I am now), download it here then activate so i can then play when I get home (and on the train hehe) as her internet is from the stoneage and just about lets me browse, unless anyone else is on-line at the same time. It'd take at least a week to download it here hehe.
So it'll be XBox first now at whichever time the shop opens - hoping for midnight, but there has been no announcement yet.
Still, at least I know my CE is waiting for me

I definitely will!! When I was there for the midnight release of ME2, my Gamestop gave us quizzes on ME1 and those who answered correctly got free swag and guides to the game. They said they'll be doing the same thing for ME3 so I can't wait!

My best friend and I are both going. Hopefully we won't be the only two girls.

It's hard for us because the city we live in doesn't have late night buses. Bus service stops at midnight. But we're gonna go together and taxi back to her apartment, which is only a $10 ride. Then I'll crash there. Before hand we're meeting up for a steak dinner at her place. (Such clasy geeks )

We're going to the Bay Centre launch in Victoria, BC in case any other folks here are from Victoria.

Lansing GameStop is having one as well. Was there for the midnight release of ME2 so you can bet I'll be there for this one as well. Plan on going to sleep around 4pm monday afternoon, waking up about 11pm, getting some coffee in me, and then the mrs and I are headed over to gamestop (10 min drive as it's more or less down the street from us lol). Figure I'll be home around 12:30 or so and will be playing until around 4-5pm or later that day.

Taking Tuesday and Wednesday off, so I plan on napping Monday evening, waking up getting the game @ midnight and playing all night long! Woot!

I also took Tuesday and Wednesday off to play ME3. I plan to install ME3 to my Xbox 360's hard drive when I get home with my game. Then go to bed and play all day during my time off.

I'll be going to mine as well. Unfortunate, because I got the shaft by GameStop last time I went. I was the first in-line for a game last year, got the console and everything, and due to some bullsh*t reasoning GameStop couldn't hand me my console til the last in line got a copy of the game. That was roughly 45 minutes.

It was funny because when I went to pay it off, 2 hours prior, I saw them ring up my console and plant a sticker with my name on it, on the box.

The past 7+ times I've gone to a midnight launch at this GS store, there's been this kid, every damn time, that would always be the second in line. Next to me. Who won't shut the f*ck up, and he doesn't even talk about the games we're even in line for! I trolled him pretty hard last time, so if he shows up again, I'll be a little more obvious. Renegade points HOO!

Heck no. I'll be too tired to enjoy it by the time I get home. And gas was $4.21 a gallon today. It's only gonna go up. Why should I waste my gas to go get it when it's coming to my house (2 copies even)?

I have an exam on the next morning after the release, but who am I kidding, going to have the top spot in the queue hopefully. That's because my local electronic store (Verkkokauppa.com) happens to have some proper ME related program for the night since 9 pm. Meaning voice actors for Shepard and Tali (aka Jennifer OR Mark and Ash Sroka) are there for real. At least they have told so. And of course they're giving away stuff for the first people to show up, they even have one m-8 avenger replica to give away . Don't know yet, probably have to be there for hours just to secure my position...
