I'm not trying to bash people who are cancelling pre-orders and not buying the game anymore, but come on guys. You are going to buy this game at some point in your life after your tears are dried up. Once you're done whining, deep down, you're gonna buy ME3 and you know it. I've still got my CE pre-ordered and paid off, I'm ready for this trilogy to end with a bang. Who cares if you can't holster your gun? Who cares if day one DLC is $10? Wah, wah, wah, just suck it up and enjoy the damn game! I'm right there with you, OP. This shall be epic and I'm going to appreciate every bit of it. :D

Well said brother, and it gets even better if you buy the ce you get the day one DLC for FREEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A lot of people can't cancel so they are locked in regardless.

Nah. Maybe most will, but I won't - at least not until something is done about the issues I have a problem with. I had a brief period of "aaaarghdon'tgettofinishShepard'sstoryomfgbbq!", but I'm past that. There are so many other good games I want to play anyway and not nearly enough time for all of them. I'm sure I would've enjoyed ME3, but I'm just as sure I'll enjoy any of the other games on my "to play" list.

Well, all I can do is wish you the best man. I hope at some point they fix all of the "issues" you have with it. I, too, have many games I'm stoked to play. Mass Effect 3 included. Enjoy your other games bro!

Of course people are still looking forward to this game. The only people who aren't are the people who psyche themselves out of everything. The contrarians. The trolls. Almost every "issue" that's come up has proven to be a load of bunk in the end. The most hilarious is the complaining/mocking of Anderson's "zombie hands". What a joke. Some folks just live to complain.

The Prothean issue aside, hell yeah I'm looking forward to this game.

Here's a protip: ask anyone who says the demo has made them far less excited for the game what exactly about it upset them. You'll find, and I say this with the utmost politeness, that they're generally full of crap.

Having had, many, many conversations with various people about the demo, your statement is completely untrue.

You ever heard of an "echo chamber"?

My statement is completely true.

In any case, it's a moot point. Not like anything can convince you otherwise so it's really not worth arguing about.

Counting the minutes.

I suppose worrying/posting/ranting/agonizing over minute details of a game that's not even released yet is just another way for some of the local forumites to pass the time while the clock counts down.

You could always go spread your negativity on the forums of games that you WILL be playing, then. Just sayin'...

I'm still pumped. I dodge leaks and other people's opinions and just enjoy the ride.

I don't think I was particularily negative, was I? I mean, the OP asked if people were looking forward to the game, so I answered honestly. I even said I think it'll be a good game, just that I won't play it.

I've read the leaks and spoilers and yes. Although I now know what happens I'm just more determined to get there and see the events leading up to it, the music and the feel.

Ontop of that the combat is much better and more fun. I still sometimes watch the battle for the citadel in ME1 and get chills down my spine.

I feel like there's so many people who are dissatisfied with the product even though they haven't played it yet ("the mining looks terrible, what about that DLC, omg frames drop all the time, dey sed it at IGN" and so on). I think that the game would have to last two hours, downgrade it's graphics to a Minecraft level and occur in the medieval era for me not to look forward to it. Is anyone actually still proper excited for the game? Let's spread some positivity :o

I'm excited to seeing how the characters have evolved/ their dialogue and... save the best til last...

I have been playing Kingdoms of Alamur, Dear Esther and SR3 co-op.
I only drop in to BSN sporadically to avoid ME3 'spoilers'.
Can no longer can give 'likes' for people joining and getting DAO achievs because of the spoiler ridden feeds.
The Game looks like they have not changed anything. Still lame anims, yukky textures, a cruddy combat system and cheesy story.
It's just a space adventure after all, and not as important to me as the DA ip.
ME1 was great, ME2 had some great moments.
I will see the ip out with ME3. My pre-order stands.

Very much looking forward to it.

I've read a lot of the spoilers, and I know how it ends, but I'm still thoroughly looking forward to this.

OMG day 1 DLC! OMG FemShepard too skinny and she runs funny! OMG frame rate! OMG this game gonna sucks like DA2! OMG bugs everywhere! OMG planet scanning looks worse and it is the end of the world!

Guess what PRE-ORDER NOT CANCEL, no way for me to give up my N7 CE version of ME3 just because some loud QQ whiners felt like a baby needs their bottle of milk.

Called me a Biodrone whatever I don't care, get your cheap self-righteous arse out of our forum please. B)

Why do you write like this?
It's a really weird way of structuring a paragraph.
Is this supposed to be a list?
Are there bullets not showing up?
It doesn't make sense to me.
Maybe you are trying to make it look like a poem.
In that case, you might want to improve your writing.

I know! It was the first clan I tried, and when the guy on the news started talking to me I knew I was in for a treat. ;)

I think I might have to try a nosferatu at some point just to see how it changes the game, since you can't really be out in public!

I dont think i could possibly be more excited about anything at this point, so yeah im pretty damn excited, from what ive heard its by far the best in the series everything about it is great and any gripes in the game are really just minor nit picks, a fiend of a friend who got the game early said he clocked in at about 50+ hours so no one has to worry about game length.
